I had an issue with a piercing from another place. After calling and letting Euro know what happened, they immediately offered to remove it. Colton was the one who helped me and was very professional and sweet. I definitely recommend them.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On their website it says walk ins accepted and consults available. We went there TWICE and they were “booked or not available” for either a consult or tattoo. We were at least trying to get a consult so we could show him our idea and set up an appointment to come back but they said no appointments are necessary and didn’t even ask to see what kind of tattoo We wanted. Pat barely acknowledged us and only set up an appointment after we went there two times and called in advance. When we showed up to the appointment- he didn’t even ask if we had an idea of what kind of lettering tattoo we wanted and began sketching a name on his own. Mind you This was done with the worst attitude possible. After 3 mns he was done with the sketch and showed us n was absolutely no where near what we were wanting. He was so annoyed when we told him we had a different vision and after he saw our idea he said “he didn’t have time for that kind of lettering tattoo” even tho we had an scheduled appointment. Why do you bother making appointments then? We went there twice prior to the appointment and he didn’t even ask to see what we were wanting. Why not give a proper consult before scheduling an appointment for someone? We literally wasted so much time going back and forth and it was all for nothing cause at then end he didn’t even wanna do it the way we envisioned. I’m so disappointed of this place because we had high hopes after reading the reviews but Pat has a very poor attitude and lacks professionalism as well as customer service skills. Definitely isn’t a welcoming place. I’ll be taking my money to another place where they welcome you and are willing to work with you. After all a tattoo is something you will have for life and need to make sure you will be satisfied. Is not free so don’t act like you are making ME favor.

My industrial was pierced December of 2020 and the gauge of the bar was not the proper size nor was the length, it didn't heal for a long time and kept bleeding until I had to go to another place and get a new bar in and then it healed very quickly. I'm not sure about how good their tattoos are but be careful with who does your piercings. :)

I got my nose pierced probably 2 days ago now and it came out really nice!! I love it!! Yesterday while I was cleaning my nose with a cotton swab I accidentally knocked my nose ring out but thankfully Cole was able to put it back in for me free of charge thank you for that!!

I stopped in and spoke with Richard and Patrick (? I'm horrible with remembering names) and they were great! We talked about options with a re-ink, and two additional tattoos in the same theme. Discussed issues relating to blood thinners and other things. They answered all my questions. Great guys, I enjoyed talking with them! Will definitely be scheduling with them soon!

Samual pierced my lip twice. The first time it was pierced with a hoop, and it swelled too much and the hoop was making an indent in my lip I had to take it out. The second time it was pierced crooked, not straight. And too low on the inside. Not going back there for piercings ever.

I took my daughter here the other day to get her 1st tattoo for her birthday. Joy went over what she wanted with her and gave her a couple options and made her feel very comfortable since she was super nervous. She was super kind and friendly and did an awesome job on my daughters tattoo. Her line work was awesome!!! My daughters friends are already planning on going back to have her do tattoos for them. Everyone was very friendly and the place was super clean as well.
