Just left after getting a nostril and septum and my wife got three ear piercings. Liz was phenomenal. She walked us through everything and any further piercings will be done by her. Worth the drive

I got an Industrial. Came back 3 days after because the bar was short and healing into skin. Produced scabs that lasted through many unscented dial soap washes. When I came in they didnt have the right size to replace so they did two seprate bars of a smaller guage and long, so they told me to keep them pushed in because it would catch on something and was told to come in later for the "correct " size. I felt kind of odd being charged for the fix especially when I knew I'd have to come back in another time and buy more jewelry just to heal the original purchase. It ended up rejecting anyway because my lobe curls forward when a straight bar is in
🙃( also realized after that usually they do not get the entire needle slid through a fresh hole and a second hole pierced with said needle in said hole, its usually inside the lobe and stuck from both sides.That is my non professional observation but I am an affected party; educated enough to comment)
I tried calling a few times one day a while after but nobody answered. Really didn't hit me to review till the person I went with to get my piercing done also had nursed their piercing for months and it keeps trying to reject.
That's a mostly non bias account of the steps I went through till I was here. People were nice enough but that's really second when it comes to things like this.
I'd also like to say that the owner on here being snide to people almost made me not want to post but that speaks for itself.

Such a great experience. I took my 7 year old today to get her ears pierced. Even though she begged to get her ears pierced, when it came time she was very anxious and scared. The piercer was SO nice, patient, and understanding. She did not get her ears pierced. He reassured her that it was okay, and completely normal to be scared. They even refunded me for the cost of service. Great place with 10/10 customer service. Thanks guys!

It is great! I went here to get a piercing and the lady was super sweet and did my piercing great! They are very clean with their work. You can always call if you have any questions. The piercing was $30. I would go again.

Went and had a tattoo done today with Cajun and I still can't believe how well it looks! They are a bit pricey but, you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend and go back again!

My friend and I got our Medusa and conch pierced here today by Colton. We were both super nervous, but he did a phenomenal job and was very reassuring! Piercings look great and he's an awesome guy!
Update: Lowering to 2 stars because this is NOT a go to piercing shop like they claim to be. Online they claim to be able to pierce everything but when you stop in they tell you they only do the basics. They can't even change out more 'advanced,' piercings, let alone pierce them. They also use low quality jewelry. They claim to be the best piercing shop in Rockford yet they use hoops (stainless steel, no less) in fresh piercings. Any real reputable shop knows better.
