My friend and I got our ears pierced (lobes, tragus, forward helix) by Adrian. We were walk-ins and from showing up at 9:30 we were both out in 45 minutes. Adrian was very nice and professional. 10/10 cleanliness, aftercare instructions, and making sure we would be happy with the location of the piercings. He was knowledgeable about what could be done with different ear types and what would look good. Tbh his bedside manner was just the right level of "I've done this so many times it's like riding a bike" but not "I've done this so much I don't have to take it seriously" Literally NBD in the best way.

ive gotten 5/12 of my tattoos here from 4 different artists as walk in everytime, and i have never had a bad experience, every artist has made me feel very comfortable, and i’ve always loved my tattoo. each one listened to what i wanted with the tattoo itself and within my budget with adjustments to the tattoo. overall, i will definitely keep coming back for more pieces.

Great experience! I brought drawings my kids had done for my tattoo and Mike did a great job turning them into my tattoo. He printed out multiple sizes for me to choose from, let me change the placement, and we friendly. Will definitely go back if I'm in Chicago again.

I went in today after work to kill some time before sitting in traffic on my way home. I'd been playing with the idea of a personally symbolic tattoo for months and Jody was able to stencil it up beautifully within a few minutes. He was super nice, patient with my nervousness (it's been 20 years since I've been inked) and I feel like he was extra gentle.....I barely felt a scratch. I'm sure I'll be back (in less than 20 years ha!)

Tried coming here for a walk in appointment- didn’t stay for more than 5 minutes. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and passive aggressive, and wasn’t helpful at all. We wanted to see if someone could design a tattoo from a picture for us and she was just extremely condescending. Would not recommend at all. She also told us a small tattoo wouldn’t work, and offered no better solution that would allow us to have the same design.

Amazing shop! Super talented artists and incredibly professional. We were walk-ins from out of town and we were so well taken care of. My artist was David Dillon. He did a ton of amazing work in a short period of time. My daughter had an equally killer artist. Can't recommend enough...

I got my septum piercing by Adrian last night. I cant stress enough how comfortable he, and the rest of the staff, made me feel. Tattoo/piercing shops can be kind of intimidating sometimes, but everyone was so friendly. I have several other piercings, but this is my first one I got at this shop. I would likely come here again if I decide to get more piercings in the future. Adrian was very professional and friendly. I even almost passed out after the piercing, and he quickly got me water and a lollipop and made sure I was okay before I left. I was embarrassed but he reassured me that it wasnt a big deal. Honestly a great place to go
