I stopped into the shop to learn more a finger tattoo and their team did a great job educating me on to topic. I realized what I wanted didn't align with reality, so I decided against getting the tattoo. They took time to answer all the questions I had. I can't thank them enough for just giving me the facts and allowing me to make an informed decision and not trying to pressure me one way or another. I didn't get a tattoo, but they sure as hell earned my respect for how they handled the situation.

I just had my third tattoo done with Ben today. As always, a great experoence. Place is clean and friendly, reasonable pricing. And of cause, jobs are well done. Ben is super nice and knowledgeable cool guy .. totally recommend this place .

Went in for a tattoo of my cat's paw print. Left with a portrait of him. Troy did it. And it looks EXACTLY like my cat! I never thought I'd have a portrait tat, as I've seen multiple failed portrait tattoos, but man, did he CRUSH it! Super happy with how it turned out. Will probably be going back to him for future work!

The main receptionist here, (usually female) sucks. They need to get professional people to answer the phones. Once you're actually in the joint though you feel welcomed and the tattoo work is generally superb. Had a cover-up done by Kit, shes sweet.

This shop is the best I've been in. I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Dustin. I had a rather complex cover up. I went over the cover up with Dustin on the phone and exchanged pictures via email since I live about 40 mi outside of Chicago. Both the phone staff and the artists are the best in the business. The shop is SUPER clean and has a great chill vibe perfect for both those getting tattoo'd and those waiting. I can't say enough good thinks about how talented Dustin is. He has a passion for tattoo's and you can tell that the second you sit down. He was so friendly, down to earth, and easy going I can't imagine getting tattoo'd by anyone else in the future. Outstanding job Dustin, you and this shop are among the best.

Been there years ago and got two tattoos from Ben Wahhh. He is a top notch artist, professional and easy to work with. Fast forward to now, and I needed a cover up for a tattoo I got from a crappy shop. This time around Deluxe has expanded and added a lot more talent. I got hooked up with Zach Stuka to do this cover up and he is just as pro as Ben is. I am 10000% happy with the work done there and I don't think it is possible to get anything less than awesome from the artists at Deluxe. Great tattoo work for great prices.
