Wonderful staff that had to deal with a stressful situation and dissatisfied customers due to high volume and demand on their Friday the 13th event. I was lucky enough to be some of the last people to get in and get work done. The staff were all so kind and didn’t deserve the yelling and beratement given to them by dissatisfied people who didn’t understand that the artists have been working nonstop to deal with the insane amount of people who showed up today. I’m immensely satisfied with the service and my new artwork that’s been put on my body. I’ll 100% be coming back in the future for more.

My friends and I were very excited to go a receive some fun and small pieces being offered by Resurrection’s Friday the 13th event. We had been waiting in line since 12pm, and at 7:30pm, when we were so close to the door, they called the event off, which was supposed to end at 9:00pm. My friend’s and I sacrificed time from our day to stand outside in the hot sun for 7 and half hours to only be told to leave for no elaborate reason. I think the event suffered heavily from failure to work and communicate with the people lined up outside and doing work inside. I am heavily disappointed considering the great recommendations I’ve heard of Resurrection, but with this happening, I’ll only be very hesitant to consider them in the future.
I think while yes, I absolutely chose to wait outside for that long a time, I think if it were simply communicated better that it wasn’t going to be possible to get in due the high amount of people that were there and the strain on staff beforehand, it would’ve been better than waiting more than I did. I apologize that you felt attacked on what I thought about how the situation was handled.

Thomas did my first tattoo two years ago and I have been going to him since! I have four pieces done by him, he’s such a good dude and does an amazing job!! Also the shop is badass with all the decor!

Came here as a walk-in on a Saturday with two friends, the apprentice Rainbow had availability. The tattoos we wanted were small and simple which were well within her skill set. We were happy with her work and she made the experience enjoyable.

Amilie was absolutely amazing!! She pierced both sides of my bellybutton and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional! Rainbow also gave me a tattoo and she has beautiful line work and shading! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and great at what she does!

They lied about first come first serve flash tattoos. Got there before open and waited all day just to have them cut off the sign up sheet just ahead of us and tell us that the last five spots were to be raffled off to rest of the 200~ people in line. I will never go back.
