Kool staff, my Wife and I took my 11mo daughter to get her ears pierced! Glad we chose them instead of Claire's! The staff was friendly and caring! The technicians were all sad when my daughter got her ears pierced because she cried! The lady who did it was great! The piercings look great! They were placed perfectly and we haven't had any issues!

Employees were very courteous and professional. All areas were neat and clean. If this had of been my first piercing or tattoo they would have made me feel very calm about it.

Omg...Where to start😍😍 Matthew did an amazing piece. I am soooo pleased with my tattoo, its exactly what I wanted. I also got my noise pierced and that was fast and smooth. Everything, was easy and smooth, from booking an appt, to the services. Matt, is so nice, and gentle, not heavy handed at all & very quick, I think he was done in about an hour, he makes sure your not in pain. But he's so gentle, you wouldn't be in no pain honestly. I'm from Miami, and I definitely found my tattoo guy when I come down to GA. Thanks again, Matt🤗😍😍

Walked in and the lady at the front desk was very friendly! I told her i wanted a tattoo and i was immediately seen by Mike. He did everything i wanted and made my second tattoo experience so much better than my first (at another location). For a very cheap price too. He had a very light hand, i highly recommend him. I’m obsessed with the turn out!

Love this place even more now. Took my 16 yr old to get her first piercing, she wanted her septum done. Was greeted immediately by friendly, helpful staff. Found out that the same person still owns this business as when I got my nose pierced here over 20 years ago as well!! How cool for me and my daughter! Service was very fast and so cool! We will definitely be back, except this time A LOT sooner than 20+ years. We drove up from Gainesville area but am willing to make the trip again for the awesome experience we had. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I went there to get my ears pierced. They charged me $80 for it and when I asked why it was so much, she told me it was an added cost for the saline spray. I didn’t ask for it because I already have some but she said sales were final and the spray is an automatic charge. They made me wait 30+ minutes to even get my ears pierced. Then the girl asked me if I wanted to get pierced with a needle or the gun. Not a single person was wearing a mask but they wouldn’t let customers in without one. Overall, bad experience. Very unprofessional.

Got my tattoo touched up here 7 years ago with the addition of colour and an enhancement of the design. The artist was both friendly and professional, and demonstrated true concern about pleasing me and inspiring me to take care of my tattoo. I have gotten jewelry here over the years, particularly guaged earrings. The staff is friendly and helpful every time. The woman at the counter took plenty of time helping me pick out a new earring by sizing multiple pieces to help me find one that fit. Distressingly this is a cash only establishment, and they don't have an ATM on site. Staff is super helpful, but they could not fix that issue it seems.

I've had many peircings done here. Most recently I got my septum done tonight. I forgot the name of my peircer but she was really friendly and her hair was red. The receptionist up front was really nice too and they had titanium jewelry available along with a variety of other pieces to take home 💕 definitely coming back
