Ben Kelly is a fantastic guy and a great artist. I got my first with him, a very large shoulder piece. Every time I've come in to had it worked on he's been super nice, very funny, keeps the mood pleasant and the customer comfortable. Also great about answering concerns, questions, and working with you to come up with amazing original designs. The new place is amazing. Gorgeous little shop, very clean, very comfortable. All of his sanitizing equipment is in plain site when you come in, so no need to worry about that. I recommend everyone to him because he is the experience everyone should have when they tattoo.

Was in search for a local tattoo artist here in Savannah and was a bit difficult because there are so many in the area, and ones that are pretty good too. However, a coworker recommended Ben Kelly at Red Ocean Tattoo and from the time I walked in it was nothing but expectations exceeded. Ben was friendly and attentive and we got on the same page when discussing what I wanted. My actual appointment was by far the best tattoo experience I've had. Ben worked in a timely fashion without sacrificing any quality of his art or attention to detail. Couldn't be more pleased with both my most recent piece and I have already booked my next appointment. Ben Kelly was awesome to work with. Best tattoo experience I've had. I got a tattoo done by him at the Savannah Tattoo Festival and I couldn't be more happy with it! His work is amazing, and after waiting and waiting I finally booked with him. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! He was so down to earth and I could tell he really loves what he does, which is awesome. Definitely recommend him to anyone, and I'll definitely be going back for more! I get compliments on my tattoo almost daily.

10 out of 10. One of the best tattoo experiences I've ever had. Ben is very friendly, attentive, detail oriented, and talented. I heard about him and saw his work on a friend of mine. She is a repeat customer of his and I was really impressed with his work. He designed my dream tattoo and he made the process easy and exciting. I immediately felt at home when I came in for my session. His friendliness and professionalism really blew me away. Not to mention, my tattoo came out better than I could have ever imagined.
