Well done atmosphere. Price is extremely steep which is funny, cause that's not my issue. Their customer service is. I sent an email 5 months ago requesting an artist to do my sleeve. I haven't had a response yet not that I'm expecting one now. So naturally I call up there to discuss. I was hung up on and put on hold, took 3 phone calls to receive the response "send us an email through our site" on a separate occasion I had requested 2 months prior an artist asking if he could finish my piece (one that he started.) I called the shop twice and was even told by the artist he will find an opening. He left me hanging and ignored my reach outs. How unprofessional, haven't returned since.

Izzy is the best. Professional and dedicated. I just finished my second session of my large tat and couldnt be happier. His artistic ability is outstanding and he's a machine, 6 hours of tattoing with no complaint. Izzy is definitly my artist from now on. The owner and all the staff are awesome, with a clean professional environment to get inked in. I can"t say enough good things about izzy, the crew, and the shop.

Had a great experience with Amber today. She took all of my nit picky little details into consideration, and really collaborated with me along the way. She was kind and talkative through the process and gave great instructions for aftercare and follow up if needed. Highly recommend her!

Very nice setting. I just wish I went to a different artist instead of Chris Phipps. Overcharged me for my tattoo, and literally drew up everything last minute on appointment day after waiting over 2 months. I didn't feel like the art he put on my body was a priority for him. Also I was completely overcharged and cant help but think about that every time I look at the tattoo. Not worth what I paid. Seems like the type to prioritize your artwork based off of whether or not they like you.

I won't go anywhere else. Professional and comfortable. Great atmosphere and amazing artists. Always worth the wait - I drive 6 hours one way to get tattooed by Russ. You won't find a better artist. Wish there was a 6th star to give this shop!

Love the work Tyler did. Helped me turn a good idea into a perfect tattoo. Had to wait a little over a month for an open time on the schedule, but that just speaks to the volume of people that choose this parlor. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some art.

Craig did a fantastic job! I gave him a really complicated and unique request: a Lily in the shape of my husband's painting but in rainbow colors. My daughter Lily died when I was rear ended in August 2017, 13 days before her 10th birthday. Her favorite color was "rainbow". Thanks so much for this wonderful to keep my daughter with me!

I wanted my tattoo from ink and dagger because I noticed they had a tattoo artist who do that tattoos that my family get culturally. I booked it for the 23rd of October. The day of my tattoo it was raining hard and traffic was really bad and I'm from the other side of town. So I called in advance to let them know I'll be a little late. The receptionist said she understands so still come through. I came through and just to be told I had to reschedule because they wanna be unproffesional. So I rescheduled to November 13th and I got a called on November 1st asking me to reschedule. Because the tattoo artist have a family emergency. I just wanna get my arm tatted that's all. I feel that I should be scheduled at the earliest convenience once he returns because I'm becoming an unhappy customer and my family and friends says this is the best tattoo shop ever. I don't see it only thing I see is me being tossed around scheduling and rescheduling.

Ink and Dagger is a very clean, friendly and professional shop. In fact, their Covid protocols are probably better than most medical offices. I have only been tattooed by Craig Brock, but everyone there does great work!
