I looked for months online at different shops and artists for my first tattoo. I had a basic idea of what I wanted and during our video consult Killian was very patient and showed me roughly how the sizing and placement would look on a few different areas which was exactly what I needed. He really did an amazing job translating my thoughts into a beautiful design that surpassed my expectations and tells the story exactly like I wanted. The shop was very clean and I appreciated all of the safety precautions in place. Every person I spoke with was super helpful and encouraging. Killian has a very gentle touch and I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially with it being my first tattoo. I would highly recommend Killian Moon and Ink & Dagger Tattoo to anybody.

To start, I have many many tattoos from different places around the country so I know proper protocol and customer service. I have been to ink and dagger multiple times and have unfortunately gained enough cons to write a review. The first time I went to ink and dagger, I waited a staggering 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment time for 3. I was 5 minutes early to that appointment. I loved the work of Amy so much that I told myself that the wait was worth it. She also was super clean so that was a plus. I decided that I wanted to finally sleeve my leg and I thought that Craig would be the perfect person to do it. I was willing to pay anything. Today during my appointment with him I arrived 5 minutes early again. I was greeted by two of the sweetest staff members (Iβm so sorry I didnβt ask for your names). The woman who was working the front desk checked with Craig to see when he would be ready. She came back and told me that heβs βrunning late and would be about an hourβ. ANOTHER HOUR. I asked if I could cancel because at this point I wanted nothing to do with the parlor. She had then told me that if I canceled I would not be able to get back my 200$ deposit. How the heck is that okay?? Your unprofessional behavior costs me money. I explained that this isnβt the first time they have been dramatically behind yet it was still my fault for having a same day cancellation. So, I stuck it out for the hour to get my measly touch up and a butterfly. I was finally taken back at 6:15 pm. I told Craig that I didnβt even want the butterfly anymore because I needed to be somewhere and was not anticipating my appointment being pushed back so far. We got to the tattoo, HE DID NOT EVEN CLEAN MY SKIN BEFORE STARTING. Anyone with a tattoo knows that that is a crucial step in the process. His work was good, but nothing makes up for what happened beforehand. I would literally recommend hell before recommending ink and dagger.

I had an amazing experience with Brittany McCarty. We did a roughly 6 hour session where she did an incredible black and grey floral piece on my upper right arm/chest to expound on an already existing rose. She was very patient, extremely empathetic, and open for conversation which was wonderful for me who likes to chat. I'm most impressed with the quality of her work because I don't feel the same scarring I had occur with previous work done at another location. (I scar extremely easy, so it's nothing against that artist, it's just how my skin is, but I'm really impressed that Brittany's work doesn't seem to be affecting my skin the same way.)
I've already had numerous compliments from friends, several of whom have praised the quality of shading and the more delicate, detailed line work she put in, and how interesting it is. It seems like I always discover some new detail every time I look at it.
She was really great about explaining the after care, too. She made it seem really simple and easy, and far less overwhelming than I would've thought for such a large piece. And as a side note, it was really nice to have an artist who was just as excited and enthusiastic about the outcome as I was. She said she loves to do floral work, and it really shows in her attention to detail and effort.
I could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks so much, Brittany!

I've been a customer of Ink & Dagger since it's original location in Decatur. Over the years I've had the privilege of getting tattooed there, and meeting artists from all over the world. I have a lot of tattoos, and whenever anyone asks where I should get tattooed - I tell them Ink & Dagger. No matter what kind of tattoo you're looking for, they do it at Ink & Dagger.

Clean shop. Very friendly, non intimidating staff (especially important if you are getting your first tattoo). With my minimal experience with tattoos, I think their pricing is accurate compared to the level of talent and artwork they provide. You get what you pay for.
I cannot recommend Brittany McCarty enough. She is a very chill person to be around. Her linework is extremely precise and delicate if that is what you are looking for. For anyone looking for floral, botanical, animals, or blackwork I would definitely check her out (I'm sure she would be amazing at things she doesn't commonly do as well). I am looking forward to getting tattooed by her in the future. 10/10

This place was top notch from the moment I put in the request to get tattooed. From the communication via emails it was all so timely and was so different than other shops I had reached out to. So props for standing out and having clear communication. They pointed me in the right direction when recommending Megan and she did an amazing job. Threw in creativity with the ideas I already had. Was patient while working with me and I really appreciate that. Not only the amazing work she did on me but she cared about getting everything right. Beside the service and quality of tattoo the shop is kept clean and its really a fun place to just look around and see! Just an amazing experience from start to finish!

My artist was Craig Brock. From the beginning, Craig was open and receptive. We spoke a lot over the coming months leading up to my tattoo. This was my first time getting tattooed. Not only was Craig great on the forefront, the art was incredible and really hit all the points I was looking for. Getting your first tattoo can be a scary and long process. Look no further than Ink and Dagger, the experience is top notch and I cannot recommend Craig enough. Thank you Craig and Ink and Dagger for an incredible experience. See y'all next month for round 2!

I just got my first tattoo here and had the pleasure of having it done by Dor. He did an amazing job, it is exactly what I envisioned. Dor is very skilled, professional, and was so nice to work with. He made me feel comfortable during the whole process being my first time and all and made sure the design was exactly what I wanted and also giving me his opinion on what he thought was best. I highly recommend Dor and Ink and Dagger. This is a professional shop with renowned tattoo artists and is very clean and relaxing. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience. Go to Ink and Dagger for a fun professional experience whether itβs your first tattoo like me or your 100th!

I went to Ink & Dagger last week for my first tattoo. Not only was it an extremely safe and clean process, additionally, the employees and management proved to be extremely professional and skilled with their craft. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and so were all of the clients after me. It's evident after being in there for five minutes why it is so highly regarded in the Atlanta community. While it was my first tattoo, I have been to numerous parlors in Atlanta, of which none compared to the atmosphere and energy at Ink & Dagger.
Alysha was extremely professional and transparent with the process from start to finish. Her work is extremely detailed and highlights her unique personality and artistic capacity. I cannot recommend her enough. I am grateful to have a piece of her work that not only reflects something meaningful to me, but also her craft.
To anyone who is seeking a 1/1 experience and tattoo, look no further than Ink & Dagger and Alysha.

I genuinely enjoyed everything about my experience getting tattooed at Ink & Dagger. I searched for a while to find an artist whoβs style I thought would match the idea I had, and I finally came across Chris Phippsβ work. So thankful that I did! At my consultation I told him a general idea of what I was looking for and then told him to just do his thing... He was able to draw up a custom floral piece for me, and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I love everything about it. Not only does his work speak for itself, but he made the whole experience comfortable and fun for me, which in my opinion is equally as important as well. I would recommend Chris over and over again to anyone looking to get a stunning piece of art!
As for the shop, I canβt imagine that the professionalism and quality of artists gets much better than this place. Easily worth the 2 hour drive from Columbus to have the experience that I did there. Such a nice atmosphere, and just good vibes all around. I canβt say enough great things, and will definitely be a return customer for any future tattoo ideas that I have!
