Went in for a piercing, I was a little nervous but the guy I was attended by was very reassuring and made sure I knew how to take care of my piercing during healing. Definitely recommend to everyone!

I had a great experience. Itâs very clean inside and everyone is very nice. I had gotten both my tragusâ done and theyâre both healing nicely. Iâll be coming back for my nose piercing !

Thank you for resolving my issue! I called the shop, asked for Retro and he gladly offered to help replace my new jewelry piece no problem and apologized for the person who had previously answered the phone. Lesson learned! If anyone has an issue with a piercing or tattoo, definitely go to the person involved directly and the new dimensions team will be glad to help in anyway they can! In the words of Retro âsome people donât know what theyâre saying so ask for the right personâ. Thank you guys for your understanding!

I got a Tragus piercing tonight on 10/13/18. The guy who greeted me was nice but my piecer couldâve been more pleasant. I got my cartilage pierced as well and he put quite a large ring in. I donât know his name he didnt introduce himself lol. Iâm really hoping the healing process goes well.

I had the WORST experience with the piercer... I got the snake bites & he put the wrong bar in my tongue so within 2 days of me getting the piercing, my tongue started to heal over one of the balls. Because he had put the wrong bar in my tongue it wasn't long enough & didn't fit properly. That's what made it so easy for one side to get pushed back into the whole. I called him asking for help but I couldn't make it @10pm before they closed because I was working. He told me to leave it in my tongue & come the next day @12pm when they open & he told me that, that was the best thing he could do for me. He didn't care at all. I had to go to the hospital later on that night because the pain got worse & I had to stay the night at the hospital. I went through so much pain & they stuck my tongue 7 times just to numb it. Around 8am I was sent to a specialist doctor who had to take it out of my tongue. I had to pay 50$ just for him to take it out, not including the hospital bills I had to pay just for the visit. The piercer could've been more professional about the situation but wasn't. He didn't try to negotiate anything with me or even attempt to say that he would go into work a little earlier than usual to try & help me out. I wouldn't send anyone there & I would never go there ever again. So unprofessional & bad business.

I live going to One Dimension to get tatted. Ben did a cover up for me that looks like nothing was ever there! I just keep going back because his work is perfection! His energy is great and his conversations are funny and real! I will continue to send my friends!

If I could give this shop no stars at all I would. The staff have no sense of customer service. I came to get a nose piercing, wasnât greeted by anyone.. After 15 minutes of me sitting down and waiting to be helped, a gentleman came and asked me what I wanted, rudely asked for my I.D. & slammed the paper work in front of me.. I ended up leaving, and went to another tattoo/piercing shop.. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

Youâre greeted as soon as you step foot in the door. I have 17 piercings and all, but 3, were done at A New Dimension. Very clean environment which is of course important. Recently started on tattoos. Got my tattoo done with Bryan and let me just say he is awesome! Quiet the conversationalist which was great for me since this was my first tattoo. I would reccomend this location to any and EVERYone
