My daughter and I got our noses pierced today. Wonderful staff, clean business and a great experience. Now I'm ready for a new tattoo! Will be returning for sure.

It took 5 minutes for someone to even greet me when I walked into the place. I told the piercer I only needed to buy jewelry (would have taken 60 seconds to make the transaction), he then proceeded to take the two girls to the back and pierce them and said absolutely nothing to me. I was in the place for 25 minutes before I decided to walk out. I was pierced here a couple years ago, but I will be sure to never go back. Staff is extremely unprofessional and not friendly at all. The piercer could have at least told me to come back another time or simply sold me the jewelry before he pierced the girls.

OMG Im furious how incompetent the employee doing piercings is. She just pieced my daughter’s septum 3 times and still didn’t get it right. Acted like it wasn’t a big deal. What the heck !!!???!! Words can’t describe how upset I am and disappointed with the place for hiring such an unqualified and cold hearted person.

I got my piercing done with Nate and literally had the BEST experience. He was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Honestly it was almost painless when he pierced me and it was really quick so that was great. Over the years, I’ve gotten many different piercings done at palm beach ink, piercing pagoda, and Master pierce and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I love my piercing and will definitely be coming back to Nate for more in the future.

Do not go here for piercings, I don’t know about tattoos I never got a tattoo from here but I went with a friend to get a nose piercing and the guy who did mine was extremely rude, I forgot his name and plus I thought the piercing was fine at first but after a while, I could not take it out at all, I tried every way possible to get it out so I can change the jewelry and it was getting infected and I had moved to another state so I couldn’t just go back there to see if they would take it out nor did I want to after the service I received so I went to another and they said that yes in fact the person who did my piercing made it too tight and it was really infected so they had to cut it pliers to get it out because it would not come out at all and it was so painful but it thank god it finally came out and i was left with a big ball looking thing on my nose and keep in my mind that I did take care of my nose piercing when I had it, clean it everyday like I was told, so please don’t get your piercings here

Piercing process was okay. Sterile and clean. My main concerns were the gentleman that did my piercing. Very quick, not a singular thing about aftercare was discussed. Just pierced and expected to get up and go. Very big concern because the piercing he gave me is not even something i can really find!!! Its a Dermal Ashley piercing. When i just came in for a REGULAR ashley piercing. After the no thought to tell me about DERMAL AFTER CARE,, its worse when i cant find the piercing online or how to take care of it. Be cautious if you choose this place. (dont)

NEVER AGAIN! Went in with the joy of getting my nose pierced and came out with a terrible job done! The girl doing the piercing wasnt even the piercer for them!!!! Which she didnt even say anything until the terrible job was done! Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed! But NEVER AGAIN!

My 13 year old daughter wanted a second earring piercing. Once we arrived she got very nervous. The guys here were great and made her very comfortable and extremely happy! Thank you so much!

Eddie was great while I was nervous and freaking out about getting my nose pierced he was very patient with me. Made the piercing as painless as possible and I had an overall great experience. 100% would go back.

if i could give this place no stars i would. i went in for a pretty small tattoo, got charged $100. ive been to more professional location & only got charged $60. the owner tattooed me and was very rude & snarky he also made me wait 15 minutes longer so he could smoke a cigarette. i’ve only had my tattoo for a month and it’s faded and the lines disappeared.. i also know of other people who have gone there & had the same experience. terrible service & needs to be shut down!
