I've been tattooed several times at altered state by Pooch and Scott. I can honestly say I'll never go anywhere else again, from the awesome shop atmosphere to the amazing work they are the best around in my opinion.

First, just stepping into Altered State you know what's up.. clean, organized, and a friendly crew... and of course reviewing the artists work shows they only have top notch artists there. Pooch put down this amazing piece on me and I could not be happier with it and can't wait until my next appointment for more (and more and more and more!) - I mean look at it.. speaks for itself...

Hight quality artists who know what they are doing. The best shop around. I have approximately 36hrs done and going back for more. I love the work they have done on myself, friends and family. I constantly get compliments on my work. If you want work to be proud of that other people will be jealous of this is the shop for you.

Altered State Tattoo is infamous in it's own right. These guys are real pros - You're sure to be proud of any work you get done there. I got a half-sleeve done by Pooch about 10 years ago and it STILL looks amazing. No regrets!

Best shop in West Palm Beach hands down, great friendly talented staff. I have two amazing tattoos from this place and highly recommend. There can be a waiting list also, but scheduling is easy and well worth it.

amazing shop. very friendly, i loved the artwork and props like a wow doom hammer in the sitting area lol my artist was James, he amazed me with his fire work. Decent prices, and they run awesome specials sometimes too. cant wait to go back.

The people where very friendly and the shop is clean, I had my work done by James, the man is really good, he spoke with me about how I wanted the ink and he made the draft and editing was no problem, he totally took his time .
