Amazing. I went and got my first nipple piercing and my experience went great. They were so welcoming and nice I felt comfortable. Kelly did an amazing job with my piercing toke me step by step through it. I would definitely come and do it again. This is my new favorite spot ❤️

Dean has been my artist for my last two pieces for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with his work, and I’ll keep going back for more. I’m so happy I found Dean.
It started in 2010 when I walked into Altered State to get my 3rd tattoo, and my husband got his first at that time. We absolutely loved it! Also, took my son for his 18th birthday, and he got his very first tattoo from Pooch. Pooch also did an amazing cover up for my husband from a botched tattoo job that he had received from another tattoo shop.
I’m also familiar with Scott’s work as he regularly tattoos two of my best friends. His work is fantastic.
Recently, I got to know Joey’s work as I watched him tattoo a lady next to me while Dean was doing my arm piece.
He’s an amazing artist.
Each of these guys are dedicated to making you happy with their phenomenal skill. You’ll leave there loving your new skin, I promise.
My whole family has ‘ink time’ at Altered State, and we’ll keep going back for more.

Came down to the area on vacation, got my nose stud changed to a beautiful rose gold hoop. Kelly was amazing... patient, friendly, and so sweet! Also a fellow Masshole! 🤣 Great service all around... I will surely visit again the next time I vacation down there.
