Had a tattoo started and agreed we would do the project in multiple sessions -- tried to re-book and artist Jeste ignored multiple texts/messages from me leaving me with a half finished tattoo on my forearm that I must now go to another artist to finish where he left off. Highly disappointed, especially considering how well I tipped him (40%).

An overall great shop and environment. Not much more I can say about this place. Very professional and nothing short of excellent art work. Wouldn't recommend any other place to my friends, family, and random people who ask me who does my tattoos to get a tattoo or piercing.

Went here to get my first tattoo commemorating my mom's life, told the artist what I wanted and why, and the artist told me that he couldn't do it because although he understood it would have sentimental value, "from a design perspective, it would be upside down". I explained that it had to be that way and why, and that it would be facing me, and therefor not upside down for the only person who mattered (me), but no. I walked out. No way would I let that guy touch me with a needle. If you're looking for sensitivity or care for your wishes and intentions in your tattoo experience, go elsewhere.

But I went in inquiring about a tattoo and they took the time to go over options with me and let me know that the placement of my tattoo and the tattoo itself wasn't going to be viable. They could have just took my money and gave me a tattoo that wouldn't look good in a couple months because it was a hand tattoo but they didn't and guided me through options. When I get my tattoo ideas down I will definitely return.

I love this place!!! I came here to get my nose pierced. I received great and professional service and advice for aftercare. Cool vibes and great people!! I think it is cash only, so definitely come prepared for that.

I got a piercing and it was done by the owner who was super nice. In the piercing area everyone wheres mask and everything is sanitized great experience.
