We tried calling a few weeks in advance to set up appointments. We were told to call back just a few days before and set something up. We called 2 days before we wanted to get tattooed and were told it would be walk in only and to just come in when they open at noon. We did that. They didn't open until 12:20 and when we walked in the guy said he was busy with an appointment from 1-4 and would be unable to tattoo us. DO YOU LET CUSTOMERS MAKE APPOINTMENTS OR NOT? Rude.

I was visiting our family cabin in town and got a wild hair. Decided to randomly call up Redrum. They scheduled me, and got me in that evening. Mark was very patient and kind. He resized and repositioned the tattoo template multiple times to my liking. He was quick, professional and knowledgable. I WILL be back.

Tried several times today to see if I could get first tat. Sign said walking welcome. But NO ONE acknowledged me at the entrance. There were people in there, but had front door roped off. Disappointing 😞 Not sure who you think you talked to, but it was for me...not no son who supposedly called!! Check facts

Rachel, the piercer at this location is amazing! She pierced my sisters nose and my 4 year old niece’s ears. She was so patient and understanding with my niece, let her take as much time as she needed and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this location for any piercing needs!

Yogi and his team are amazing. I’ve had a lot of work done by yogi and he 100% honest about what will look good and what will fit what he can’t do and all the details in the middle. He has a gentle way of tattooing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are amazing!
