This is for all the impatient people that expect to get a 1/2 sleeve or full sleeve in one session or two sessions and want it right now it doesn't happen like that-
Good things come to those who wait, GREAT things come to those with patience
I went to Yogi with his challenge in May of 2021, he asked me if we could wait till winter and we would sit down and go over it so he could figure out what he was going to do, the first session was just him drawing on my arm with sharpies just so he could figure things out. Long story short, my arm is 36 inches long, there is over 40hrs Ink time, that's not including all the other time he spent drawing on me, every bit of it is freehand there is no stencil at all, and that's just Yogi's time, that doesn't include the time I had with Jason previously and that was about 20hrs. There is a ton depth, texture and detail in this Beautiful Masterpiece. I'm so glad I waited to get this completed by YOGI, PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE, TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT!

Alex was amazing and helped me customize a tattoo that was otherwise pretty basic. she helped me through the pain of a first tattoo and was extremely friendly to chat with. she helped with healing process rundown etc. and was overall just great! they made the experience great for my boyfriend and I, and I would definitely recommend!

PRO: Everyone that works there is extremely nice and excited about what they do. There is real PASSION in their studio which I love. I wanted to work with Yogi because after researching his work, he was exactly what I was looking for in an artist. Lots of experience and after doing a consult with him, he gave feedback and ideas to improve my ideas. Solid guy and a very nice man. I loved the vibe of their shop.
CONS: I first reached out to them on May 21st to get a consult with Yogi. We met May 24th. He said he'd render a design in the next few days and get back to me. About a week passed and I reached out to see how it was progressing. He was very busy and was working on it. No worries, I'm patient. June 7th, Yogi messages me that he's having a hard time getting a design together. No biggie, I know I was asking a lot. Another few days go by and I reach out again. He apologized it's taking so long and he sent an initial idea but still needed to work on it. I offered to change the tattoo design to something simpler to fit the small space he had to work with (my hand). I sent some ideas. Someone said they'd make sure he reached out the next day, he didn't. Two more days go by and I message them again. He had a family emergency but would reach back out. Totally understandable. June 10th, I get another consult here in town and let Yogi know..but that other shop I didn't like at all. I message them back and say I'm patient and I'll wait for them to reach out to me. Their response, "I will let him know" and that was June 14th. I haven't heard from them since.
I love supporting local but, they're too busy to keep up with demand and my business didn't seem too important to them. Like I said, extremely nice folks, awesome looking shop but I just couldn't get anything going. I'm extremely understanding and patient. I know good artists take time to get scheduled but waiting 7 weeks just for a design is too much for me.
If you can get scheduled, I'm sure you'll be happy with their work.

Called same day to get an appointment for 3 people. They got us in within an hour on a Saturday and Alex was so patient with us while we decided what we wanted. For two people it was their first tattoo and she did an excellent job walking them through the process.

Rachel did two piercings for me and was great. She made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to make sure everything was lined up. She also did my four-year-old daughter's ears and was absolutely incredible. It was exactly the experience I was hoping for for my daughter. Rachel was incredibly patient and let my daughter set the pace. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend!
