I can't say enough about these guys (and girl) here. Gary and Nikki are just amazing artist and have such creativity and dedication to an excellent tattoo and experience. I am on my 6th tattoo and they did my fathers and daughters first tattoos and we are amazed every day when we look at their work. They are such great people to have put something so permanent. Thanks SO much for your dedication and expertise!

I have to say - prior to hitting up Steadfast Tattoo's in CO Springs, I had quite a bad tattooing experience about 4-5 years back - that had left a sour taste in my mouth about tattooing since then. Needless to say - I was out 80 bucks, had a crap tattoo with scar tissue on it, and a painful story to boot with an unprofessional artist in Louisiana.

So while my good friend was getting work done, I talked with Nikki about how my wrist tattoo that was looking rough - could be fixed. Within a few hours she had an opening as she wrapped up her work on another client early, and then she called me in the back to get me in the chair. Needless to say, my anxiety was kicking into over drive - but Nikki is the ultimate professional. She's funny, likes to cut some jokes and really helps to ease your nerves. Sadly, I wasn't the first client she's helped like this - thanks to previous bad tattoo horror stories she was told about in her career by other clients. The cool thing is though, this makes her incredibly easy to work with as she's patient.

So as she proceeds to start her work, I got into my zen zone, worked on my breathing and before I knew it - I wasn't feeling too much of anything. In fact I sat in my chair laughing and joking with her and my friend, and I actually watched her work on my wrist in fasination because it was mind blowing to me - that this experience can actually be a good one!

Nikki has mastered the art of a light touch, has a fluid artistic ability, uses great (and obviously clean) equipment, a very astute professional and she's great at keeping an amazing attitude in the face adversity when she knows she's working on a nervous client. She has truly changed my mind about the tattooing experience and I cannot wait to come back and work with her again during my next vacation to the area.

Thanks Nikki and to all of the professionals at Steadfast Tattoo's. You guys are amazing and I'll certainly be recommending you to all of my friends who travel through the area and/or live there!

My experience here was fantastic! This was my first tattoo and Squiggz made me feel very comfortable and walked me through their process, instrument sterilization, etc. I was so pleased with how the art came out- he is truly talented! Thanks so much! I'll definitely be coming back again!

It has been over a decade since my last tattoo. I picked this parlor because of the ratings, the did not disappoint.

Squiggz was the artist that took care of me. He was an exceptionally skilled professional. I entered with a personal design, he tweaked the image to fit the size and location. The artwork was better than I hoped for. Lines and letters looked flawless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop or Squiggz to anyone looking for a new or newer tattoo.

I will definitely be returning to this shop for future work.

Gary (Savage) did a wonderful job on my tattoo. Not only did he do a cover up, but he did exactly what I wanted, even when I thought it wasn't doable; watercolor, x-ray flowers, cover up, solid lines, and beautiful colors and shading. He really does know what he is doing, and his wife Nikki is awesome. She took care of all of my inquiries when he was away, and is super helpful.

Amazing experience every time at Steadfast Tattoo. Austin and Gary have taken care of myself as well as several of my family members and friends bringing many ideas to life for us. The shop is clean and the vibe is always welcoming and relaxing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Squiggz did a commission tattoo for me. He did fantastic work. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very flexible on the design and the detail is amazing. HE is a great reflection on this shop.

Me and my sisters were looking to get small tattoos, something that connected us that was beautiful. I am from Austin, Tx so when I called and Austin answered the phone, it seem even more meant to be as we have never gotten a tattoo so a bit nervous. Austin went above and beyond our expectations, not only was he great and his job and passionate about his work, he was patient and laughed with us while he worked on our tattoos. Simply amazing experience and one I will never forget. Thank you Austin and if we get another tattoo here is Colorado Springs, we plan to come back to you. :-)

Gary is a genius. I trust no one else to take the time and precision with my ideas. He is patient, and actually listens to what YOU want. I've been getting work done by Gary for a long time now and his studio and amazing, talented crew is the only place i will recommend. If your looking for your first tattoo, a cover up, or if you're a veteran ink junkie, steadfast tattoo is the place to go!
