Steadfast Tattoo Studio

Great experience and a great tattoo artist; Nikki. She did a cover-up for a tattoo that I have had since 1983. I did plenty of research on various tattoo shops in and near Colorado Springs, Colorado along with reviews before I called and setup a consultation with Nikki. She was great and gave me great advice to the type of tattoo that would cover up my existing tattoo.
The others within the studio (Gary, Austin and Squiggz) definitely know what they are doing and while I was in the chair I had the opportunity to observe them as they all did their art.
You will not be disappointed going to this studio,,,

Austin was just great. I came in and discussed my idea with him and when I came back he had a picture drawn up; I wanted the size a bit larger and he was able to resize and draw it before we began on the tattoo. We were able to finish things up in one session and we was personable and quite adept in his work. Squiggz was working next to us and he also seemed quite friendly and it made for a great atmosphere while getting my first tattoo. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is by far the best tattoo shop I have ever been to. Austin was an amazing artist and was so happy to work with my design. I will definitely be coming back to him in the future! The best tattoo experience I have ever had, definitely recommend this studio.

Austin is so wonderful--friendly, professional, meticulous! He is quick yet careful; his artwork is incredible and my tattoo was completed in under an hour. Definitely coming back for more from Steadfast!!

If you're looking for a very chill spot, with creative artists that also have great customer service, then this is the place to go. From scheduling the appointment, down to getting the ink, Nikki (and the rest of the gang) were incredibly awesome to work with. They don't leave you stranded in their waiting area without greeting you, and they ask you what your budget is up front instead of leaving you guessing until the tattoo is done. I would highly recommend this place for first-timers and ink-veterans, alike. I can't wait to go back.

I’m not sure what to say exactly but I love this place! The vibe is awesome. The meeting I had with Austin and Nikki was really cool.The fact that Austin, who I wanted to have as my artist, literally got up to grab a piece of paper and pen while we were all talking about what I wanted blew me away. The first place I went to the same day mind you, the guy “copy and pasted” what I was wanted and his vibe, I swear changed from being cool to super annoyed when I was asking questions. With Austin, he drew each thought and Nikki chimed in with hers, which he drew too and we all agreed on one. And that part alone for me was incredible.
Being my first at the time, it was extremely important to find someone who was down to earth and not someone’s ego. Tattoos are forever, not something you can erase 5 months down the road so to have an artist who understood what I wanted and would be just as excited as I was about the process was key. And I believe every artist at Steadfast is that way. But if you could have a love affair with a tattoo artist Austin is mine. He’s done both of my tattoos and has my laundry list of ideas. His input isn’t condescending, it’s educational honestly because he explains the “why” and “how” of tattoos He’s a super cool, laid back guy. He is just the best ever.
So if you’re in need of a tattoo, this place if definitely worth it.

I was in Colorado for a week visiting a friend and I decided to get my first tattoo! Squiggz was so awesome! Made sure I felt comfortable, and totally was just all around an awesome guy! He does great work! Highly recommend! Going back to Colorado next month and maybe I'll book another appointment for my second tattoo :)

My mom and I decided last minute to get a tattoo while we were here on vacation. We called Steadfast and Nikki accommodated us walking in. She was amazing and professional. She has amazing talent as well. She gave us some suggestions for our tattoos so they would be better than we originally planned. Thank you Nikki for having us and being an amazing artist!

The staff was very friendly, they definitely made me feel welcomed and comfortable to be there. Squiggz did my tattoo and it came out beautifully! It was my first tattoo and I felt so at ease! Right after I got my tattoo I recommended them to another person. They are very clean. Just an overall awesome tattoo studio!
