Amazing and extremely talented artists. They're patient and accommodating to your needs. Everything is clean and organized. I'm extremely happy with the tattoos they've given me, and I continue to go to them as they're very trusting.

Good experience, fast and efficient but I feel overcharged and used for $120 I got one letter tattooed and a small heart with red ink. Not complaining just thinking they ripped me off a bit for what I got. Nice and friendly staff though so I still tipped.

I only visited this tattoo shop once, so I am just going to give my opinion on my only visit, and why I think this place is just okay. I went in here after finding out that they acquired my old tattoo shop (Guru Tattoo). I called them and gave me the location. When I got there I was greeted by a guy whose name I forgot. He was friendly and right away acknowledged me -good customer service-, only thing that didn't sit right with me was that I asked about tattoos, granted previous to coming here I searched them online and there is a part in their website says no matter the size or the design, or something along those lines. Anyway, the guy listened to my design, only to reply " yeah we don't do big tattoos here." I was like huh? He said yeah we only focus on lines and small tattoos. Something I thought to be odd since their website says no matter the size. So I left confused. Might want to update their website to say the specific of their tattoos, because at this point it feels like a bait, or more of quick buck kind of tattoo shop.

The front desk guy quoted the tattoo I was gonna do for like $80-100 bucks but when I actually got the outline and they pulled out the tablet with the contract they said $220. I didn’t wanted to quit at the time because I was there already but I was definitely ripped off with that price. All other shops and experienced tattoo artists said that I was overcharged for a simple tattoo like the one I got. However the couple is very good at what they do, I just feel like since it was my first tattoo I was overcharged because I didn’t know the ranges and prices.

Joshua is a top notch tattoo artist! He took the reference pictures I gave him and made me an awesome tattoo! The shop has a nice, big waiting area with some very comfortable chairs. The back is also very spacious and you can get up to actually stretch your legs when you get a break. Overall, awesome experience! Highly recomend!

My bestfriend and I chose this place to get our small matching tattoo behind the ear. I made a request through their website. I sent them a reference photo and contacted them to make sure they can do it. They've confirmed through email that they can do it and we can do a walk-in instead of making an appointment. I normally don't write bad reviews unless the service was highly disappointing. My friend and I showed up at the shop after driving more than half an hour and was told they could not do the style that we wanted. And that was it. The place was not very accommodating/welcoming. And they have poor communication with their prospective clients. I've met artists before that actually cared about their clients and this one wasn't it.

Went in for my first tattoo yesterday and Joshua was amazing! Not only did it come out beautifully, but the whole experience was exactly what I needed for my first one. I was super comfortable and we had a great time:)

Been here 3 times, and I love the atmosphere & energy the staff members give off. Their work is also amazing. I recommend coming in early if you're doing a walk-in.

Went in for a tattoo today. Got there a little bit after 12. I was told about 1 hr. At 2pm we still were not helped. Asked again. They said 30 more minutes. At 3pm we left. How the hell are you that far off the time estimation! And at 3pm we still were nowhere near the top of the list! Time management is ridiculous. I will never go back. Too bad i have a ton of tattoo ideas i want and willing to pay top dollar. Bye bye to my money.
