Artists are great and everyone is friendly, my only issue was the front end people not quoting accurately. Got two fairly small tattoo's for me and my girlfriend and at first we were told 220, which wasn't bad at all however come time to pay we were first told 220 for both tattoos AGAIN and then when i paid it magically jumped up to 440. Had I been told that from the start i would of just moved on to a different shop but they didn't give us a proper price till the end. Once again great artist and they're good with lines but for the price? Keep looking.

Update: Melanie contacted me and got me in to fix my tattoo and free of charge as well as refunded me money, even offered to redo it again if any issues arised. No hard time or anything even had a decent chat while she re did my tattoo. She's a great artist and was able to fix it in under 30mins! Im thinking of giving them another chance as their customer service is top notch and they really seem to care for every customer that comes in. My situation was just one of bad luck as that happens everywhere but it's how we react to unfortunate situations that matters most and melanie definitely went above and beyond!

The secrets out….this is the best tattoo spot in the Bay Area. Joshua tattooed my friend and I September 2019 and we both loved the work done.
I Came in today after two months of waiting for my appointment for my touch up and Francis helped me out. I did expect to have my appointment with Joshua but Francis did an amazing job and was professional and friendly.
I love how this location has expanded also!

Tip: GET IN LINE EARLY on the weekend for walk-in hours. Or make an appointment when you can.

I had a wonderful experience getting my first tattoo! Joshua and the staff were patient and helpful. I absolutely love how my hibiscus turned out!

This tattoo shop is hands down the best. Not only are their skills extremely High but there isn't one ounce of that stuck up and gruff normal shop attitude. They are sweet and kind. Stand by their work and bust out amazing pieces!

So relaxing to enter and be greeted by all the plants! Front staff were quick to verify appointments and complete paperwork. Atmosphere was fun and comfortable, very clean. Excellent experience!

So despite the two star review ; The staff was really cool and friendly . And overall I walked out of the shop satisfied with the results of my tattoos. Im not here to bash this business but make them aware of how to better handle certain situations in the future.

So I was referred to this shop from a friend who had work done by Melanie. She has a reputation for doing excellent font work. I had two font tattoos from another shop that I wanted to get redone because of the quality of work. So I specifically set up my appt with Melanie. The day of, she was behind so they contacted me to come in later. No big deal, thats life. However, when I come in a the time they ask I was greeted by another artist named Francis to do my tattoo because Melanie was still behind. I didnt dismiss him right away because he came off apologetic and respectful. So after discussing the situation I allowed him to do the work because he was confident and honest about the expectations of the result. Francis did a good job and I was happy with his work. Id recommend him

But I left still bothered by the fact that Melanie runs this shop and not once did she come out to holla at me or apologize about the situation. A simple convo goes a long way.

Staff are super friendly. The store gives off a family vibe and that's how they treat their clients as well. Tattoo artists walk you through each process throughout visit. They follow the COVID safety protocol, so I felt very safe. Tattoos come out clean. This is my second time coming here and I've been very satisfied with tattoos!

Amazing family-owned tattoo parlor. I have been tattooed by both Mel & Joshua. 10/10 will be going back for more tattoos! They do walk-ins :) Here is No Face from Spirited Away done by Joshua

Went with Angelica and she was great!! She was so sweet and super reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for such a great time! I live super far but people like Angelica make it worth while. I will be coming back and definitely reccomend this place!!

Such an awesome place drove all the way from Sacramento to go to this place solely because of the quality work they do. I can gladly say it was wwell worth it. The shop is very small and doesn’t feel intimidating at all. Josh and Mel are super friendly and really care about marking sure you are satisfied with your tattoo. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get there next tattoo or first.
