Got my cartilages pierced yesterday. Super nervous because I have a low pain tolerance threshold 😐 Nonethless, we were a walk in on a Saturday late afternoon and were seen in 5 minutes. Smiley was my piercer and like everyone else said, he's cool. He made fun of me for being so nervous but talked me through what he did. In less than 2 minutes I was pierced and on my way :). Literally was a pinch and done! Great experince and probably will come back for a tattoo

Gotten mutiple piercings here over the last few years and have never had a bad experience! Always super professional, courteous, and sanitary!! I'm always greeted with a welcome and talked to straightforward about how the piercing will be done and how to keep it clean so it heals up properly. Haven't goten a tattoo here yet but its next on my list seeing how talented their artists are!!

Great service, very polite. They actually waited to close for us when we called ahead of time. Plus they are the best prices around. One piercing is $15 whereas Claire's and other places start at like $20! I highly recommend this place for tattoos or just a simple ear piercing.
