I got my ears pierced today. The staff was extremely friendly. I waited about 15 minutes to be seen without an appointment which I thought was reasonable. The price was reasonable. For $30 I got the second lobe piercing on each ear with jewelry. The piercing was practically painless and quick. Amazing job by smiley! I'm am super happy with my experience and piercing! :)

Honestly the best place to get piercings. All the piercings I've got here have not been infected. They are also quick as Smiley does a great job to make you feel comfortable and make it as painless as possible. :)

I got my tongue pierced here and out of my 8 piercings that was the only one that was painless. Smiley made me super comfortable and explained everything as he was doing it. I will only ever come to this shop in fresno if i want a piercing. 10/10 would recommend.

Smiley was absolutely fast, friendly, and definitely professional on my wife. She went in to get a nose piercing, We waited longer for him to be available than the actual piercing that took place...less than 2 minutes..no pain on her and she was absolutely happy. Definitely will go back for some tattoos.

They look like scary cholos but they are super professional and very good at their job. I went a year go in April of 2018 for 5 piercings on my ears. Smiley is amazing and has been doing this for 20+ years. I waited this long to make a review because I wanted to make sure I was a healed up. No infection if you follow their directions and clean your earrings and ears properly. 10/10 highly recommend. Best place in Fresno hands down.
