Asked about getting an appointment and was told to text them to get the schedule checked, we text/called to be put on the next available day...never got a response back. Out of town and wanted to get 3 wrist tattoos...been nice to get a response on an available day/time 😞

Visited the store looking for my e-cig refills. However, I am from Florida and they did not carry what I needed. Michelle was wonderful in helping me with finding a product I could supplement with until I return home. She was very friendly and helpful, thank you!

My daughter went into this shop to look into getting her first tattoo. May I mention she is 18 With An ID. One of the employees looks at her ID which clearly states she was 18 an told her she had to leave. Mind you he let her friend stay. The employee told her friend he kicked her out due to him wanting to hit on her male friend. This place is very unprofessional an i dont recommend this place.

This place is huge inside! They have hippie clothes and all sorts of smoking apparatus. You have to look up and around. Any kind of pipe or smoking apparatus is in this building! The tattoo guy has an area inside the store.

Came here recently and when we walked in the cashier was rude. My friend asked the price of a bong and he just said we don't sell bongs here rudely and just walked off. When he finally returned he asked for a water pipe and the man was ride while he was trying to find one. When cashing out THE CASHIER THREW HIS CARD AT HIM! When we told the owner he basically said other people at good things about him so it don't believe it. Terrible customer service for extremely expensive products.
BONGS ARE NOT ILLEGAL. It is just another name for a water pipe.
Im not going to believe you looked back at 2 months worth of footage to look for this single incident. Im glad you decided to let him go.

Selection is great. Prices are a bit high compared to every shop in the area. But the worst problem has been every mechanical item we have purchased is below standard. Multiple vape pens and batteries purchased and all have stopped working without cause. I was sold a torch that the "salesman" pushed as a quality item couldn't hold a steady flame for any significant amount of time. and when attempting to refuel said torch, the valve will not take the fuel. I'm very familiar with a butane torch and fueling processes. This torch obviously is defective, just like the last one. And just like the last 3 vape and cartridge batteries.
