The absolute best shop ever. Being From Mississippi I was shocked. Definitely a wonderland. Cool clothes & black light posters. Even grab you a tattoo while you're there. We will be returning.

The associate was super friendly and very informative. They had a lot of people come in at once but he was able to help everyone quickly so there wasn't a long wait. There is a lot of variety in everything they have. Highly recommend and I'll be going back again for sure.

First time to Hot springs! These guys made it one we won’t forget. One of the most impressive Glass stores I’ve seen in Arkansas, an quite affordable for what’s in there 👀 I bought the piece by M&M Tech, the Armageddon (a nice 3+ft water pipe), an by Gawd they did me right. Thanks you guys, Definitely made the drive worth it! post that picture!!

Employees are often put out when asked questions. The answer is I don't know most of the time. This includes when the customer could potentially be spending a lot of money. When this happens I take my money elsewhere. They do have a great selection. pricey though

Terrible terrible customer service! Huge selection of products I was very excited about that, but they do not care about their customers. I went it to buy a vape pen and it was broken. Literally brought it back with the receipt less than 12 hours later. They had to check the cameras because they did not believe me. All I wanted to do was exchange the product I did not want my money or anything else. At first they did not believe it was not working they had two employees try it both said this is not how its supposed to work. They both also said they either had one or knew people who did and it was not working correctly. Instead of just exchanging it they told me I would need to contact the manufacturer. They would not do anything with it they said I was just using it incorrectly and this was how it was supposed to work. Even though there employees said it was broken. I WILL NEVER RETURN. They were rude and did not care at all.
