Top Rocker Tattoo

Sky is amazing. She did my Lip Blush and I love the color. She describes what she is doing and the process. And made me feel at ease the whole time. Will be going back again.

I had heard so many great things about this tattoo shop but when I went with my husband we were highly disappointed. I’m not the type of person to complain, I’m usually very easy going and kind (I was also in the customer service industry so I know how that can be). Last week my husband and I went into Top Rocker and made an appointment with Aryan. He was very kind and welcoming. Our appointment was scheduled for today and everything started to go south really quick. Last week he told us he was going to give us a phone call when he finished working our designs so that way we could stop by the shop and finalize details of the tattoo. Up until yesterday we didn’t hear from him at all. My husband actually had to reach out to get information about it. He said he was still working on them and then asked my husband if we could come in at 2:30 for the appointment (it was originally scheduled for 5). We called back to let him know that my husband would be there at 2:30 and I would come right after I got off of work. Today my husband showed up at 2:30 and waited for 45 minutes with no sign of Aryan. He came home and later received a text asking if we could come back for the original scheduled time at 5. I was already very irritated at this point but thought that we’d give it another try. 5 MINUTES before 5pm we received another text where he asked if we could reschedule for the next day. He had two different excuses of why he wasn’t there in the first place and then why he needed to reschedule. Upon arrival he showed us the designs and they were nothing like what we asked for. This was very surprising because we sent photos to him to ensure that he was able to bring the art we had in mind to life. He also could not quote a price for my husband’s tattoo. He also quoted mine to be $200 last week, but then today told me that it would be $300. After asking for a refund on our deposits he told us we couldn’t get it back because he already drew the design (even though it was wrong and he did it last minute!) We left because we both felt irritated and uncomfortable with the situation. This is not our first time getting tattoos, we have multiple so I know we aren’t being unreasonable. Other artists we have gone to were very professional and made us feel heard and valued, but Top Rocker did the opposite for us. We will not be back and will make sure to let others know about our experience so they avoid this shop as well.

Ernie squeezed me in at the end of the night to hook me up with my first tattoo, and I have nothing but good things to say. The studio itself is super inviting, its walls filled with Ernie’s breathtaking artwork. I was unsure about getting my first tattoo, but Ernie really worked with me on perfecting my idea until my uncertainty turned into a confident and comfortable decision for me to make. He reassured me and made sure I was informed through every step of the process. The tattoo itself turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined and once finished he briefed me on the aftercare to make sure I can maintain the precious art he gave me. You can tell he is passionate about his work and he takes pride in his art. I would highly recommend Ernie to anyone considering getting a tattoo.

This is the one and only place that I will go to get my tattoos. I’ve been going there for several years now because of my specific artist. Ernie does absolutely amazing work, not only his art but his attitude is beyond great. His words are inspiring and he is one of the most selfless people I know. The shop itself is always extremely clean and the other artists are really friendly. I don’t ever write reviews, but for this shop I absolutely will. You won’t regret going here!!!

A’Ryan was so kind and did a great job doing our tattoos of our grandpas badge number. The tattoo may be simple but means the world to us. Thank you! Will definitely come back to him when I’m back in town

My first ever tattoo with Serv and it was such a relaxing experience. Usually bad with needles but the environment made me feel super comfortable with very little pain. Love it so much !

Ernie did an absolute amazing job on my tattoo, I needed a cover up done on my forearm and he went above and beyond! He added a lot more detail to the art I wanted too. Top Rocker Tattoo is an amazing place to get work done, the staff there definitely cares about their customers.

I was getting my first tattoo, and a good friend recommended Ernie. He was great! He created a design and checked with me. When it was time for my appointment, he was very patient and explained everything he was doing. My tattoo looks just like I imagined!

I originally came into Top Rocker Tattoo to get a bad tattoo covered up. I was so impressed with the work, I sleeved both my arms. Ernie has done phenomenal work on my arms, I couldn't be happier. The shop is as clean and sterile as my doctor's office. Every artist is chill, easy to talk to and the music kicks ass too. I was lucky to find such a perfect shop to get tattooed. It's the only place I'll ever go from now on.

I went to see Skye to get microblading on my eyebrows. Skye was kind and very welcoming. Upon my arrival, she had a clean blanket for me, as it is cold in a tattoo studio. She listened to what I was wanting, answer all my questions and explained the process to me. She takes her time to make sure the angles and arch on my eyebrows were natural and beautiful. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time during the process while we chatted about life and TV shows. :) She also made sure I understood the aftercare process and encouraged me to contact her if I had any questions. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Skye for microblading!
