Top Rocker is a top shop! See what I did there? The artists are at the top of their game here. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Everyone who wants to get tattoos needs to know, good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good. That being said Ernie (owner of the shop) always treats you well and gives you a fair price. I believe in telling an artist what your idea is and letting them work their magic. Ernie does that and he does not disappoint. Do yourself a favor, don't get a tattoo just for the sake of getting a tattoo, and when you are ready for a good tattoo, see of Top Rocker is the shop for you. You just nay have found your permanent tattoo artist.

Top Rocker Tattoo is the ONE AND ONLY best tattoo shop you'll ever find!!!!!! They have a phenomenal team of artists that are top notch! Their shop is clean, professional and they are really friendly. You always feel welcomed and comfortable. I've recieved five tattoos from them now and will never go anywhere else. A million thanks to Ernie for doing such an outstanding job on such a meaningful tattoo!!!!!

Awesome experience. 100% professional. The owner Ernie is honestly the best, the guy knows what he’s doing and most importantly has a passion for creating true art. Be warned this is not your ordinary tattoo parlor. These guys are true artists and should be dealt with as such. I definitely will not be getting tattoos from anywhere else.

I am from out of state and decided to get a tattoo came into Top Rocker was attended pretty fast by Ryan, Nice and friendly people Duck took care of me and absolutely gave me what I wanted I am very happy with my tattoo. Great vibes, Great Music and makes you feel very welcomed and great conversation with my artist and was super rad cool. Thanks again Top Rocker... Will be coming back for my next one..

I came here Saturday spontaneously for a couple of simple, small tattoos and they happened to have an opening right then and there. Rick was awesome and did such a good job. Came out exactly how I pictured it and more. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The shop is comfortable, I love how Rick had a pillow! Made me feel at home. Very sanitary, good music, cool people and amazing customer service! These guys all go above and beyond. Fallen was awesome as well and very helpful/knowledgeable from the first time I came in a few months ago, she made me feel very welcomed. Thank you so much again Rick and can’t wait to come back for more!!

I have been going to Top Rocker Tattoo for several years now. Started with one small tattoo and worked up to my now complete back tattoo. Ernie is by far my favorite artist! Not only is he talented, but he genuinely loves what he does and takes every job on as if it was his own. He took my idea, what i asked for, and made it a reality. He made sure i was comfortable at each session and allowed me to take breaks if and when needed. His other artist are also talented, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great place overall!

I have been contemplating getting my first tattoo for almost a year. I had a personal design of a butterfly and the corresponding French word. But I wasn’t sure how I wanted to capture the energy and intent in an actual artwork piece m that I would have on my body for the rest of my life. Ernie was a wonderful sounding board to get my creativity flowing and helped transform that energy behind my tattoo into something I’m proud to display on my body. It was an amazing experience (Ernie could also be a therapist ha ha). I’d happily fly here from DC again to get more artwork from Top Rocker Tattoo.
