Shay was amazing! Establishment very clean. Very professional. My daughter (20) wanted her first tattoo that meant the world to her done. Though it was very simple Shay kept in her dad's handwriting and is beautiful. Thank you so much.

I loved my experience at HRT. The receptionists were super friendly and felt they cared about what I wanted. I have been to several shops and this was by far the cleanest and would definitely come for future tattoos. Gene is awesome!

Excellent! I wanted a tattoo of a ram on my right upper arm as a birthday present for myself. I set up an appointment with Brian and I have good things to say about him and the shop. The staff were very professional and very pleasant to communicate with in setting up my appointment and design pre consultation. The shop is probably the cleanest and most organized tattoo shop I’ve ever been in. You feel like this place is definitely where you won’t have to worry about germs. Good job 👍🏻
Brian called my name and we started talking about what I was getting done before he started. It was indeed a process, and it took awhile because I was struggling on deciding which style I wanted done (I mean, tattoos are for life so lol).. However, Brian was patient and offered some suggestions and made sure that I was getting something I wanted. Decision made. Stencil on skin. Machine buzzed and he got started. Time flew by pretty fast. He was pretty light-handed. I did not feel any pain at all. We chatted till we were done and that kept me from being antsy sitting on the chair for hours.
It was great! I had fun getting my tattoo done, and I love the end result. Told Brian that I am getting more projects done by him in the future and I'm looking forward! 😉👍🏻

This place and the artists are a class act. Every single tat that my family and I have had has surpassed our expectations. The new location is superb as is the service. My appointment was delayed by half an hour as the one before me went a bit longer than anticipated, it happens. HRT called me and apologized for that and let me know that they were running ~30 minutes behind. Now wouldn't you like your doctor's office to offer that same courtesy? :):) Eric has been and will remain our artist and we would not go anywhere else. It's the trust that we put in him and HRT. My recent tat done by Eric has received more compliments from perfect strangers than I had ever anticipated. It truly is a gorgeous work of art. Matt has also done a couple of tats for our kids and they're absolutely stunning.

I just got a tattoo yesterday. It was my very first tattoo and i couldnt be happier! Erics work looks very neat and precise. i really recomend this place to anyone looking for a really clean and lovely tattoo shop! Everyone was super nice and they helped me straight away. I was in so much pain but Eric really tried to talk to me and make me comfortable. It was an overall amazing experience. can't wait for my next tattoo!

Great customer service! Called 10 mins before closing when my daughter yanked her nose piercing out while showering and lost it in the drain. She waited for us to arrive although it was past their closing time when we arrived. Thank you!
