Brought my 15 year old daughter in and we got our noses pierced for her birthday. I can not rave enough about how incredibly comfortable our piercer made us feel. My daughter had about a zillion questions (most not even related to piercing) and she graciously answered each and every one. Hands down, best experience at any shop yet!!

I had sketched out what I wanted. The tattoo artist took my sketch and perfected it. He also spent another hour with me to change some things on it, to make it exactly how I wanted before tattooing. It came out looking AWESOME! And I got it with a great price too. The staff also was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they don't pick the artist, they have you do. Which allows to get the best person to do your tattoo. I really appreciate their work. And my guess is you will too.

I checked out several places before deciding to get my tattoo here. My husband and I were so impressed as soon as we walked in. The place is so clean with the most friendly customer service staff. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of the process which was so important to me as this was my first tattoo. Also, I am much older than most, especially for this being my first tattoo!! I made an appointment with Shay Milford. He was FABULOUS!! Not only was he very professional, he was friendly, kind and an excellent artist. This was very important to me as it was a memorial tattoo for my sister. The tattoo turned out better than I could have imagined. I have received many compliments on how well the tattoo looks. I highly recommend getting your tattoo here!!!! And by all means ask for Shay!!

I've been coming to Hotrod for 11 years. I've used them for all my tattoos and piercings (way back when). I've had the pleasure of being tattooed by 5 different artists and each one of them was clean, did amazing work, super down to earth and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality tattoos. The girls at the front are super awesome and knowledgeable about everyone in the shop, I've never had a bad experience here. Brian Hall, Jesse Kube, Eric Stratton, and Shay Milford are the ones I've worked with who are still there and I'm looking forward to getting more tattoos done by them in the future! Love these guys!!!
