Was told it was first come first serve and couldn’t right me in the day before. So I got there 30 minutes before opening and was told I would be second in line and that it wouldn’t be very long. By 12 they still had not called the first person back and it was cooking in the lobby. After calling the first person back and she left I had set over an hour and a half waiting for my turn to go back and nothing ever happened. I finally just asked what was going on and the guy running the counter only could say what you want me to do so I asked for my money back. Idk if the artist is just back there coloring by numbers and or what but do not recommend this shop for tattoos.

Went in to get a helix piercing done tonight by Bo. Didn’t feel a thing, and love my new piercing! He explained everything and was incredibly professional as well as patient! Could not have asked for a better experience. Definitely going again SOON!

My favorite place for tattoos and piercings. Everyone there is awesome. I had a tattoo done one time and the artist made me feel like he didnt respect me as a customer because most of my tattoos are not visible with clothes on until he started the tattoo on my back and saw that I already had several tattoos. His attitude was much different then. The first time I walked in and every time since try have felt welcome. My daughter and I had mother/daughter tattoos done there and when my son is old enough and ready for one, his will be done there as well.

Piercings, yes. Tattoos, no. Go to outlaw and see Sydney. It’s what I wanted to do and should've done. I got two pieces back to back (not noticing the imperfections on the first yet) and one was $160, the other $225. Both overpriced as hell. They basically include a heavy tip for you. The $160 piece that I got first does look BETTER than the other, but neither are the quality I expected considering the first involved literally no shading and only tracing. $385 in the hole for two small tattoos and I’ll need to pay to get them corrected. While the artist isn’t a bad guy, he’s way too new and nobody seems to care or want to be there except for Bo.
