The piercer pierced my septum & he did a great job! Even cleaned my lipstick after because he accidentally smudged it. Piercing barely hurt & offered to change it for me when it healed. I definitely recommend them for piercings! Everyone was so kind ♡

Bo just did my septum piercing and he did amazing!!! I felt sooo comfortable and he talks you through the whole process! Will be back for more piercings!

The customer service was phenomenal. The shop is very clean. Unfortunately due to an allergic reaction I had to take out my nose piercing after two weeks😣. If you have sensitive skin please ask for something hypoallergenic or real. It may save you money or at least a very itchy rash. I will try again but now I know what to get.

Best experience ever. I had my nose pierced in Ohio three times ( unsuccessful) and this was the most painless experience. The place is extremely sanitary. Everyone was very pleasant during all my visits but my main dude is Bo... He did my tragus and daith piercings years ago but recently changed them out for me. Bo has a gentle hand, which is a plus given I've been to rough people in the past . Plus he's super cool & fun to talk with as his doing his thing... give Ink Factor and Bo a try, you won't be disappointed
