Have been going there for close to a year, and the whole staff has been incredible to work with! Tyler was able to take images from a 40 year old children's book, and transform it into a full arm sleeve that is truly remarkable!! Can't say enough good things about Imperial Tattoo!! I had an 11:00 appointment today at Imperial Design. I had been looking forward to getting my tattoo for a long time and I drove an hour to my appointment because I don’t live in the city. When I got there, the artist was tattooing someone else and I told them about my appointment and he thought he said it was rescheduled for the following monday but I had told him I couldn’t do that time and he said he was too busy to do my tattoo. He offered for me to come back 7 hours later which I couldn’t and then told me that not many tattoo shops would do this tattoo because it was small but he offered that I go somewhere else to try to get it. So I don’t know about the quality of their tattoos but I know that they are very unprofessional. They have scheduling issues and made it very clear to me that my business wasn’t important to them. My tattoo was small and the artist that I talked to didn’t care if I got it there or somewhere because it wouldn’t bring them as much revenue even though it meant a lot to me. I guess I will be going elsewhere for my tattoo.

COULDN'T BE ANY MORE IMPRESSED WITH THIS PLACE!! the staff is CLEAN,very friendly, and has patience with every thing they do. My sister and I got matching tattoos here and we couldn't have been more pleased with how well we were taking care of! The couch in the waiting area is like a heaven squishy clouds. I didn't want to get off of it! And I had a blast looking at all of the artists talented work that were organized in books on the table! Will be going back for more work! I would recommend this place to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!

I scheduled an appointment and Ryan forgot about my tattoo appointment so I waited and I still tipped him
good set up another appointment and he messaged me about 30 minutes before it while I was driving there and asked if we could go for an earlier date some other time because it was going to take too long and was already gone when I got there after driving an hour to get there sucks because they do nice work there was one of my favorite places to go
