I got my first tattoo at this place and I did not know what to expect and I thought that my tattoo was great and I was on my way. As time went on my tattoo looked worse, and I did take good care of it and did all of the proper aftercare treatment, so I went in to get it touched up. I got it touched up about a year after and the guy I think his name is Mike apparently doesn't work there anymore so that blows, but Greg touched it up and after another hour under the gun the result was still not what I wanted. I can't really blame Greg for this because this wasn't his job, but I'm still not happy with the result. The shop is very clean and appealing and Greg is a good guy and had me in within a day or two from calling, but overall I'm not happy with my tattoo. Honestly, since I didn't get a good tattoo from this place I won't return and wouldn't recommend it. I will let this baby heal up and I'm up to Green Bay where I can get this thing done right, hopefully.

I'm very scared of Needles, but he made me very comfortable... Even though I was only getting a nose ring for like the third time, he took his time, and also gave me some breaks before he started ššš lol... The shop is very clean from the front to the back, even the bathroom. Won't be long before I go see them again, and I

Greg made sure to design and create a tattoo that was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't have details in mind when I arrived but he asked the right questions until I was fully satisfied. He was professional throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone.

Troy was my artist and he was kind and helpful in every step, from making sure I liked the design, to keeping me distracted during the actual needling (He's a great conversationalist), to talking me through the after care.

I find it crazy to feel judged by a tattoo shop... came in and asked for a tattoo that the artist did not want to provide... that is perfectly fine you have the right to refuse service... but to sit there and lie about legalities of things and do everything but keep it straight and honest that you do not want to or feel comfortable doing the tat isnt cool... and to discuss such things in such a manner the entire shop is watching is embarrassing to say the least thanks i really appreciated the service... once again its not that you wouldnt do it but how i was treated and lied to for reasonings

My son got his tattoo here for his 18th birthday. The shop was very clean and inviting! :) My son loves his tattoo and I do as well even though initially I didn't want him to get it. lol The guys who run Custom Tattoo are very nice and artistically gifted. I felt comfortable waiting the 2.5 hours for my son's tattoo as it turned out GREAT! Thanks guys!

Just got an awesome tattoo here. Very clean place and a professional staff. I've gone into some tattoo parlors and felt like they were being judgy, but that's not the case here. I'll definitely be coming back!
