I made the appointment yesterday and I got in today to get my nostril pierced and they were amazing. Very quick, clean and as painless as possible. 100/10 recommend you go here for your tattoo or piercing needs.

Had my nose pierced by Alexandria (Al). She’s awesome. My daughter had her ears pierced as well. She’s only 9 so this was a pretty big deal for her. Al made us both feel super relaxed and welcome. Would 100% recommend her and the shop. Clean and friendly environment.

I was refused service! I called ahead of time to make sure I could get new jewelry and have it put in right away. I was told there would be a 5min wait and to come right down. When I got there I was told to have a seat because she was with a customer. Then she never checked me in and let several people go ahead of me I waited over 45 min. And she refused to talk to me just hid in the back room.

Jen was awesome! My 12 year old daughter has bad piercing experiences at the chain stores. Jen was so patient, explaining things, and easing her fears. I would definitely return and recommend this place!

Awesome place! Got a dermal instead of a wedding ring just to be different. I absolutely love it! The store was very clean and keeps to all the proper Covid preventative measures. Employees are friendly and very informative on how to care for whatever you are having done. I'm definitely going back to get "dimples".

While the piercers here are absolutely wonderful. I wasn’t exactly pleased with my tattoo experience. I had an appointment with I believe Devan? The female tattoo artist. She was very nice and understanding that it was my first tattoo. However, I wanted a meaningful tattoo, one for my mother who passed when I was 12. She didn’t have anything to say to me during the whole tattoo, and come to find out after I had left and removed the bandage (as I didn’t really see anything wrong in the shop.) that my lines were incredibly sloppy and there are quite a few places where she more than obviously messed up. The lines are not straight even remotely where they should be. It really looks like a little kids drawing. As much as I love this place and the people there, I will not be returning to finish the shading of the tattoo or for any of my future tattoos. I will likely go to a different shop and have them do what they can to fix her mistakes. What a shame.
