The shop itself is a decent place i have been here for a few different reasons. Front desk service is fair, the owner carries himself in a very professional manner and does great work in ink and peircings. BUT, I came to get a cover up tattoo and the artist who performed on me was some guy named Nikola. when i say this man did a horrible thing to my arm I wish I could sue him for everything he has. i was reffered to him by the owner so i thought he would do great. Idk if this man had something against me or whaterver the case may be, but the way my tattoo turned out is disgusting. My entire tattoo is COMPLETELY SCARRED. When i was in the middle of getting my tattoo done my entire arm was FULL OF BLOOD. I have about 7 tattoos so im not new to how a needle should feel or how light or heavy the artists hand should be when they are shading or outlining. I began to tell him that the way he was doing it felt weird, his hand felt so heavy like he was literally breaking through my skin. I gave him the benefit of the doubt considering the area he was performing on, but no. Idek what to do about this, its been two months and my skin is still open. i can feel the difference when hot water touches my arm and everything its still not healed. Parts of my tattoo are still peeling, when my skin is dry the tatoo itches like crazy! My color did not turn out correctly because he was drilling into my arm while it was totally filled with blood, the ink was mixed with blood. im not an artists so i didnt know but i should have spoken up about this my arm is ruined. when it is dry it looks disgusting, it doesnt look like colored ink at all and majority of my tattoo is scarred it looks terrible. He was putting soooo much preasure on my arm it hurt really bad, he broke through layers of my skin. if you are familiar with how burned skin looks and the way its wrinkley and you can tell something is wrong, that is exactly how parts of my tattoo look. just parts of it like half of my tattoo is smooth and then the other half is wrinkley, discolored, scarred, dry, im just over it. Nikola did a horrible job on my arm and i would NOT recommend him to anyone at all. I will never in life be back at this place because of this guy, just a HORRIBLE job.

Things went great, the session was quick and the tattoo is beautiful. It's always nice working with the tattoo artist Nik! Will be returning for my next one!

You guys are awesome! Drove from shoreview Minnesota cause no one will pierce under the mask here and they got me in. Amazing ppl calmed my nerves and talked me through it. You guys ROCK!

The whole thing was so rushed. No small talk, no introduction. Literally just "what do you want, where do you want it, okay done." Small tat turned out fine, just wasn't a welcoming experience.
