Colts Timeless Tattoos

Got my first tattoo here during the summer it was perfect then and perfect now! Reasonal cost (especially for a broke college kid like me haha!) Colt's has very friendly service I felt very comfortable there! Im definetly going back for my next tattoo(s)!

Ive had multiple piercings done here. One at the shop in the mall and one at the other location downtown. Both were great experiences. Quick healing and one didnt even swell or anything. Also got a tattoo done. Very large peice which was also a cover up and lots of color. Color turned out great. I didn't think i wanted color at first but when Matt was finished I loved it even more. Will Definately go back for any of my tattoo or piercing needs. Great shop. Great people.

Abby is the best piercer! She is funny and comforting. I got 5 piercings done at one time and she got them done fast. They aren't as even as I had hoped, but only I can tell! One of their old piercers came in while getting the 5 done and made me uncomfortable and very anxious- I would have preferred him not to come in the room and make silly jokes and stress me out more than I already was; but I know he was just goofing around. Months later, I had an AWFUL bump on my tragus from tearing it a little and walked in and asked for Abby, but instead the guy at the front counter insisted on helping me. Once he saw my tragus he did nothing to make me feel better or be comfortable. I felt judged and frustrated because I wanted to speak with Abby but he felt that he could step in to give his two cents. Finally she came out and gave me the help I wanted. All in all Abby is awesome and worth getting pierced from, the other guys need to work on their customer service skills and making sure their clients are comfortable when walking into an atmosphere they aren't that accustomed to. Thanks Abby!

There have been very few times in any state or country where I have felt more welcome on a phone call. it was actually fun learning about the many options and pros there.

Kelsey was so excited to teach me about the process, and she quelled my fears.

I will be referring my trusted friends, who like me, were skeptical.

The guy that did my nose was really nice to both me and my mom. He was super friendly and I felt really comfortable getting my nose pierced! He explained everything I needed to know and it was overall a really great experience. Definitely would reccomend!

If I could give no stars I would. They appear to have nice friendly service but are doing to get you're money. I paid $50 for a nose piercing and they didn't accommodate for swelling so it started to grow into my nose went to another piercer who fixed it at no charge ....most people know you have to account for swelling as common sense. Then I called it to get a copy of my receipt for biolife so I didn't get kicked out from donating plasma and the lady on the phone said she would send it out Monday and it's been over a month and I haven't seen anything so pretty fed up .....will never go back not professional at all.

The people were great, very nice and clean space. I absolutely love the work I got done too!

I didn’t actually get a tattoo from this place, but I did contact them for more information. They were super helpful and got back to me very quickly!!

2 consult appointments with Katrina, but she double booked herself and was not available with zero heads up. Now she is out and was told I would need to wait another 2 months to get in again.

Not professional, Katrina clearly doesn’t care about keeping appointments.

Went here to get a simple tattoo. I have 15 tattoos and have never had any issues with any of them until I went here. The tattoo I received from Colts became infected immediately. I had to get it redone at another tattoo artist who said she can't believe it was done by a "professional". Won't go here anymore.
