Stopped for a spontaneous tattoo during the $40 sale and though I didn't expect much anyway, I made the kid stop after the poor outlining job. He dug to deep and wasn't consistent in his work. I think I made him nervous by asking how long he had been doing tattoos. I made an excuse as to why I wanted him to stop and left. Hope the poor guy gets more practice, but it won't be on me. Also the feel was that of a pop up business and the woman at the front desk was rude and obnoxious as hell...

in LOVE with my neck tattoo that enrique (sorry if i butchered that spelling) did! doesn’t have a heavy hand and is quick and precise and did it for an amazing price too. ive always been worried about getting tattooed in a mall, but i will definitely be going back.

WAIST OF TIME DONT GO!!!! It was my 18th birthday on the 21st and My mom and sister planned to get a tattoo for me for my birthday so we we’re gonna go on the 22nd, we called 2 weeks before the 21st and they told us to just walk in dispite us trying to make an appointment so we did and on the 22nd we showed up right when it opened and they told us to come back in 30 min because they didn’t have enough people, we didn’t have a problem this FIRST time because we wanted to shop anyways but when we came back they told us to come back in an hour because they were full so we wrote my name and number down because they said they’d call me.
2 hours later they call me, a full 3 & 1/2 hours from when we got there and at this point we’re fed up. We ended up not getting a tatto that day and we waisted a bunch of time waiting in conclusion this place is super unprofessional, never heard of a place that doesn’t let you make an appointment.

Best tattoo shop in Madison for sure, all of the artists are really good I not some of the best from all around, always a great experience, always a clean facility, always taken care of no matter how busy the shop gets. I can’t see how someone could put any dirt to this shops name it is definitely the best And I am a lifetime customer.
