i sent them ideas for tattoos i wanted. they told me the best artist for me would be jake. i waited weeks & weeks to meet with jake. i drove for two hours to go to madison. as i was getting ready for my appointment, they cancelled for vague reasons. when i pressed for answers, they acted as if i was trying to force myself on the artist. i just wanted a tattoo. i didn't even want jake especially--i would have been happy with any of the artists. i had been so excited to find a parlor with such talent. but the more i tried to clarify with them, the more they blamed me & eventually refused my business. so disappointing & hurtful.

I got a black/grey armband by Brooke Sutter & cannot be more pleased with it! Hospitable staff, newly renovated space as of Spring 2018. If the building were wheelchair-accessible it would be a 5/5 for sure.
