I’ve had all my nose piercing done here! And a couple tattoos done by Gigi (Gianna) great cover up work from her!! It’s still in the healing process! :) I recommend going to Gigi for new ink!!

They had a $30 deal on piercing today. Brandon was beyond anything I could hope for in a piercer. He was friendly, professional and warm. He walked me through the process, reassured me of the pain level and talked me through the whole thing. He was so comforting and supportive. He created an ideal piercing experience. After waiting for an hour I ended up leaving with no tattoo. None of the staff were wearing masks, and they were not enforcing masks on their customers. The store was much too crowded and social distancing was not possible. The stores method of paperwork was a communal clipboard with one pen. My appointment time was a suggestion at best. I absolutely did not feel safe here and I am glad I didn’t get the tattoo. There are many other tattoo shops in Madison that are following protocols correctly, go there instead.

I just had someone change 3 earrings that I couldn’t get myself. I’m disappointed because they only showed me one of the earrings to approve before putting them all in. It wouldn’t be so upsetting if it didn’t cost $70. I wouldn’t be disappointed at the cost if they had showed me what they were doing and gave me options.
