Extremely clean and lively environment. Seemed like everyone getting work done was having a great time. I was pierced by an apprentice, Quinn. They did an awesome job, I've had 0 issues since having my nose pierced. Would recommend to everyone I know and will absolutely be back for more in the future. These people know what they're doing 👌

very sick place!! first place ive found that doesnt shame you for not being immune to pain which is so cool. they also know what they're doing and dont do stupid piercings the way places like colorbox does. super friendly and safe if you want a hole in your face go here 🙏🏼🙏🏼

We are about a week out from our ear piercings. Quinn was incredibly cool with the process and understanding of her emotional needs while piercing... We were able to complete the process within a reasonable time frame, but my daughter is 10 years old and was a little emotionally charged after the first earring went in... She was so brave, and Quinn was so supportive!
The aftercare instructions, I am told, is a rarity for someone to go over and explain - it really made her understand the importance of keeping her earrings & the respective piercings clean... We have been following the process as Quinn directed, with absolutely no issues thus far! She had a small amount of pain directly after, which subsided by dinner time! Overall she is extremely pleased - as am I! We will have the healing time completed so she can wear all her spooky jewelry by Halloween! Thank you again!

My 7yr old daughter REALLY wanted her "ears a pierced" but I remembered not having a pleasant experience at the mall back when I first had my ears pierced. I am so glad I sought out the experts. Burt was very professional, great with kids and everything was very sterile. I had him fix my bad piercing from years ago and he did a wonderful job with our daughter. We are both so surprised that tonight we can't even tell we had our ears pierced. No redness, swelling or irritation. Thanks, Burt for a great experience!!!

Burt and Quinn were awesome. They had pretty cool personalities with some sarcasm. My type of people. I initially went in for a nose piercing. Seriously the millionth time I’ve had it done. Answered questions. I have my septum done and I took the piercing out a month ago because I had a nasty sinus infection and lost the jewelry. The hole shrunk some and I asked about a smaller gauge and if it would work. They were more than willing to make sure it wasn’t closed and put a new ring in as well making sure it was the same gauge. Mind you. They didn’t originally pierce my septum. I have nothing but good things to say. They also make it clear they will consult you with any issues that arise with your piercing.

I went to get a second lobe piercing set done here after having my first set pierced with a piercing gun years ago. The shop was comfortable, the apprentice piercer was wonderful, and they were thorough in aftercare instructions. I felt like they listened to my concerns and made the process as painless as possible. Two months later and my piercings have healed very well so far!

Got my nose pierced here a few days ago and had the most wonderful experience despite almost fainting due to a heart condition. My piercer, Quinn, was lovely to talk to, kind and detail oriented, and put in the extra effort to line up my nose piercings before the great stab, and not only did they make sure to turn on the fan and bring me juice and water when I was mid-faint, but we had a lovely conversation while I was recovering, too. 5 stars and I will definitely be returning for jewelry and more piercings!

I had prior piercings changed to a better material by the apprentice (I did not get their name, unfortunately). They did a fantastic job, making me feel comfortable and overall creating a nice experience! If (when) I go to get another piercing, I will for sure be doing it here!!

I just got a navel piercing done here and it was a great experience. I was pretty nervous, but also incredibly excited and Burt made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It didn't hurt bad at all and the jewelry is pretty. He explained the after care thoroughly and gave a little guide to taking care of the piercing. The piercing itself looks great and I'm really happy with the results. I don't normally write reviews but it was a really good experience and the reviews are what drew me to going here in the first place.
