I had an appointment at 11:30 and sat while the owner complained about her show phone ringing to the point she unplugged it. Was super rude and. It in anyway friendly. The jewelry that I picked out was not what was put inside my body and I feel like my piercing was not put in correctly because of what I got and where. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND and definitely won’t be going back

Lady at the counter (didn't catch her name) was friendly and knowledgeable. Kim pierced me, and it was a pleasant experience. She explained everything to me before she did it, and she was very gentle with cleaning it after. The shop overall is very clean and interesting with art displayed clearly in the lobby. Would go again :)

Very friendly and talented in every way possible. I had a widow maker heart attack on 11/1/19 and had a Synergy Stent put in. I had no proof card telling what kind I had and emotionally I felt it was a necessity to have it tattooed on my forearm for EMS to see in case another happens. They asked $100 for it and only had $70 to spend and the owner could see this was very important to me and agreed to the $70 I had. My tattoo artist Daniel Rossi was very thorough, friendly and a talented artist. Cherry Bomb has a customer for life and will highly recommend them to anyone who wants inked or piercings. Thank you to the owners for their understanding and compassion. There are still good people in this world and Cherry Bomb owners and staff are among them.

Got my daith piercing on both sides same time and the girl at the front was amazing with the fact of having metal hypersensitivity. Piercer was calm cool collected and did an awesome job. Fast and sterile. Definitely plan on using them again!

Jessica did my dermal on my face and my daith and she was amazing with both piercings. Ron did an amazing tattoo on my thigh. I had just had my gull bladder removed the day before my tattoo appt ron was amazing at making sure i was ok to get the tattoo. He made sure i was comfortable the whole entire time and did an amazing job. I highly recommend cherry bomb for all piecing and tattoos. I will be going back tomorrow for a new piercing and scheduling another tattoo with ron while im there.

After making an appointment for 4:00 and arriving a few minutes early to allow for paperwork my mother and I were told that the appointment before us was running alittle longer than expected 45 mins or so. We decided to wait no big deal this happens then after 30 mins in to our 45 min wait we were then told it was going to be even longer. We had an appointment. What should’ve happened was hey guys we don’t know exactly how long we are gonna be we apologize would you like to reschedule but No. In my opinion they were very unprofessional and rude. I was in from out of town and all my mom and I wanted were very small matching wrist tattoos.

Justice is our favorite, though everyone is great there we just enjoy working with Justice. Next piercing I hope she's working.
