Called to ask if they could replace my septum ring for me. I have a difficult time doing it, so I usually just go to a shop and pay to have them change it out for me. When I called I was told if I could be there in the next 10 minutes, they could change it out really quick before their next tattoo appointment. Got there about 8 minutes after I called and was told I'd have to wait about 15 minutes for her to finish her smoke break. I was in a time crunch and rushed over to get it changed out, since I was told I needed to be there in the next 10 minutes, so was a little frustrated when I rushed over only to be told to wait. Let her know I was in a time crunch and had rushed over and that if she couldn't do it right then, id be happy to come back another day, no problem. She ended up putting down her cigarette and doing it, but she seemed beyond upset about it, even though I had told her I could come back another day. She seemed annoyed the entire time, but despite this I paid the $20 for it and left a $10 tip. I paid in cash and only had $20 bills on me. Handed her $40 and said "$20 for the jewelry and $10 for you, please." You'd think a 50% tip for something that took her like 5 minutes would be more than sufficient, but she made 0 effort to go get me change. I had to look at her and ask her to please go get my change. Not sure what's up with that, but I will go somewhere else to have my jewelry changed out in the future.

My friend and I decided to throw it in the bucket and get our first tattoos, we walked in and Ryan greeted us and made us feel extremely comfortable! He did an awesome job on both our tattoos & made our first ones a great experience! Highly recommend Ryan & Voodoo tattoo!

These folks are next level awesome. They'll tattoo all the d*cks you want, and have an excellent attention to detail.
They're also really kind and understanding if you flinch a little. Go here or stay home!

Went there just to get my nose pierced and somehow ended up with nose and nips. Jerry is hands down the nicest and most professional man out there. He knew what he was doing and it was just a great experience! Very clean establishment as well! 10/10 would recommend!

I came in on Friday the 13th and made an appointment for a piercing. The piercer called me and scheduled an appointment for me a week later but when I came in the guy at the counter said Jerry (the piercer) was out and he'll call me back to reschedule and just to write my name on a plain piece of paper that had multiple names and numbers with no notes. No one calls me for a few days so I decided to call instead. When I called, Jerry still wasn't in and the guy on the phone was very rude and short. He sounded like he just woke up and I was bothering him. After calling he told me to call the next day because Jerry would be in. This time the guy on the phone was very nice and apologetic about the whole situation and assured me that Jerry would call asap. After about 2 weeks of actually going in and paying for the piercing with no contact at all with the piercer, he finally called and scheduled for the next day. Jerry was very nice and informative about everything but the whole establishment and the way they run things is terrible. I'm not coming back here again because I know if I never called them and asked them when I would get my piercing I would've never got one at all. It's a shame because the piercer was great.

I absolutely love coming here to get any tattoo work done. I highly recommend Drew Arno in particular, as he's extremely talented in every aspect of the art of tattooing. I have been to quite a few different tattoo parlors and have finally found a winner in Voodoo. These pictures are of what I've had done so far. He's still working on it.

Just got a tattoo from these guys as I was recommended by a friend they are by far some of the best artists around and the professionalism and attention to detail was very appreciated. The staff was constantly cleaning and wearing gloves and masks and I respected that my family couldn't come in for my appointment just me honestly I felt safer here than I did in the grocery store I definitely will be getting my work done here again I would give them 10 Stars if I could

Heads up! Luke Martinez just started working at this tattoo shop. I am lucky I was able to find where he is at after he blocked and deleted me from being able to contact him. I am a walk-in client from his previous tattoo shop in Salt Lake City, Utah. When I met Luke I had a hip tattoo I wanted covered. I gave Luke thousand dollars cash and he agreed to finish the entire tattoo. He said he would give me about 17 hours of work that would give me extra time and he would start another tattoo for my husband. The first session, we did about four and a half hours on my leg. I woke up the next day and could not stand up out of my bed. It swelled up huge and later I learned it was because we had overworked my hip. Luke later on accused me of being a dirty person and not following his Aftercare instructions. I followed the instructions exactly as he had told me. After he colored in a rose I already had on my leg, and did a half of a jewel, Luke let me know he would be moving out of the state of Utah and promised to finish my tattoo before he left. He said he needed to order special needles before he was able to continue my tattoo. He told me the needles were on backorder and he would come back to Salt Lake in order to finish my tattoo. He ended up blocking me and deleting me and has told me that he wishes me luck in getting my money back out of him. I contact at the shop owner where I met him and was told that Luke had stolen equipment from him and owed money for his Booth before he left. They directed me to contact the previous shop that Luke worked at before the one I met him at. The owner at that shop informed me that I am not the first person to come forward with problems like this. He took $1,000 from me and only did maybe 7 hours worth of work on my leg. Be very cautious in any dealings with this man. I will be having to take him to court in order to get my money back
I wish I could post pics of my hip. He covered nothing. You can see everything he claimed to cover. I have been told tattoo removal is the only way to fix what Luke did on my hip

Jerry did several of my piercings and Dallas is my go to artist! I've gotten three tattoos from him this past year and I love them all. Very pleased with the work of both men!

I got my belly piercing done around a month ago and the guy said he would text me instructions on how to clean it and never did. I cleaned it best I could googling what to do. But it got an infection within a matter of a couple days and has gotten a little better but overall still really infected. Didn’t seem professional to me
