Had a small tattoo done on my chest for Friday the 13th. Of course it was busy that day, but the artists were all troopers who stuck with it all day into the night. Still were doing steady quick work by the time they got to me at 10pm. Good hands, patient and friendly people.

Walked in without an appointment wanting a piercing. Apparently their piercer is on call, so I left my name and number, expecting a call back. Never received a callback, so I called the store instead. They apologized and said they would contact the piercer. Still haven't received a call about 5 days later. Went to a different place in Portland.
HOWEVER, walking in, the place appeared relatively clean and the staff was very friendly. If you're wanting a tattoo, the place seemed okay, but I would look elsewhere that has a full time piercer.
