Just finishing up 2nd sleeve in 6 months. Jacie Lee was my artists and has been amazing every step of the way. She helped realize my ideas for the sleeves which I was a pain with but she showed great skill and patience with me through the hole process. Adorn staff and shop where amazing super clean and always friendly. My wife also has had multiple tattoos done with Jacie and Adorn and her experiences where amazing as well. 6 stars from me I highly recommend!!!

Billy was the one who pierced my nips and I don’t know, like I cannot count all the ways in which he was professional and friendly. I’ve gotten a lot of piercings in my life and Billy has been by far the friendliest. Nips are a sensitive area and he just took such good care of me.
The receptionist was also so kind and professional. I can be quite chatty when I’m nervous but they were super nice and conversed with me while I waited. They also helped me pick out jewelry within my budget and again, super professional.
The shop itself was breathtakingly beautiful as well. Clean, classy and comfortable.
Anyway thank you guys so much! You’ll definitely see me again :)

Got a couple new piercings by Cherish yesterday and it was great! They were so professional and made me feel very comfortable. The counter staff (I believe her name is Crystal) was so helpful in picking out my jewelry and gave me so many amazing options to choose from. I couldn't ask for a better overall experience!

Best piercing shop,10/10 recommend!! I’ve gotten my 2 previous piercings here and felt comfortable both times. Staff is very friendly and the shop is cute & clean. Had trouble with my nose piercing and they were able to take a look at it and gave recommendations that helped me heal it.

I got a pair of piercings at the Vancouver Uptown location. The place itself is super adorable and cozy. The customer service was great all around. I was nervous for the piercings but my piercer, Ben, was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He explained every step to me and made reccomendations on what would look best, and he was right! He was also very efficient on the actual piercings. I would easily recommend Adorn to anyone wanting piercings, especially the less common ones that require a great piercer!

The shop was very clean and the staff was great. The jewelry is high quality and beautiful. Appointment was easy to make online. Currently cash only but there is an ATM inside.

Best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Went in for a Jewelry swap, and just felt I needed to have something done in addition. Appreciated the honesty about what would look best with my face and how comfortable it was. Felt like I was working with a friend and I walked off the street after Hopeless Ink had just no selection. Brought my daughter in for a jewelry change for her nostril piercing. Everyone at the shop was so nice and very professional. Billy was absolutely amazing!! He was very upbeat and kind and extremely patient with my daughter. I will absolutely be back for any future piercings or jewelry changes, as this was by far the best experience I’ve had and I’ve had ALOT of piercings along the way :-)

Location is beautiful; Inside is clean, neat, and well lit. I enjoyed talking with staff all whom were knowledgeable and kind. The piercer clearly followed hygiene protocols. I very much enjoyed my experience and the jewelry looks great (I had my lobe piercings looked at and new jewelry put in).
