Ok, so I don't have any ink from this place (yet), but my bus driver yesterday had the most beautiful black & white - white ink, on pale skin! - tattoo/half-sleeve that I have ever seen!! Phil's work is unbelievably breathtaking and I hope to afford a piece of my own very soon. It is living, breathing ART
