I’ve had two tattoos done by Kylie and I would go to her again. I have several tattoos, she’s the only one I have two from, and the only one I’d go to again.

Crystal has done multiple tattoos on me. Always an amazing experience. She is the only shop I recommend.

I went to Kylie Jane for a foot tattoo knowing she been tattooing for a year I took the risk and trusted she would do good as her work looked decent ( always ask for after the tattoo heals photos) and she seemed confident she could do the tattoo. As the tattoo was finished I noticed she did the wrong spelling my fault for over looking that when she showed me. The tattoo looked ok but figured when we came back we would do more ,when but my foot was left with large amounts of ink and wasn’t cleaned properly on her end. I booked another appointment to do a cover up on my fingers . She free handed it and that part looked good. As she tattooed it and was done same thing left the ink and didn’t clean it was wondering why but didn’t think about it. Time went I took all the proper care of my tattoos she did and noticed that her limes where sloppy and inconsistent. As time went on I noticed the foot was even worse blown out lines and it looked like a 20year old tattoo. I get the foot heals differently but I reached out to other artist and they all said the same thing about her work. Bad lines didn’t go deep enough and lots of inconsistent lines . Some spots you can’t even tell she did work on. My fingers heals and disappeared like she didn’t do anything . Wash off tattoos last longer and look better. I showed her picture of her blown out lines and how her lines where not right she denied this clam and said it’s how it heals. I didn’t know lines heal crooked or bigger in one spot and smaller in the next. You can’t tell she tattooed most of my fingers. She offered a touch up But never apologized for her mess up. I refused a touch up as it was a error on her part she denies that blown out lines and crooked lines she on her part even with photos of it. I asked for a partial refund as yes she did work but no effort was made into her work . Sloppy and unprofessional. I will be reaching out to the tattoo licensing and make them aware of her work so people won’t have to live with this mess of body art. As for the owner she is very unprofessional canceled on my wife twice and never did her drawing the day of her appointment she just canceled . I’m sorry but if you pay for service up front be professional. We did get a refund from her took for ever as she kept postponing it. Buyers beware of this place if you want good tattoos do your research as this place is terrible, rude and unprofessional. I will be posting everywhere I can that slow pictures so you can see the poor work that was done. I hope this reaches as much people as possible

I got my first tattoo on 7/1/17 with Crystal and I am more than thrilled with the outcome. It was a great experience from my initial inquiry online to the day of the tattoo itself. Crystal went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the tattoo, from placement, to font, size, etc., and gave her own input to ensure the tattoo came out looking great. She made the experience fun, calmed any nerves I had, and Did an excellent job on the piece itself. I will definitely be back in the future for more! Thanks Crystal!

Both tattoo artists are amazing and each one has particular types of tattooing that they excel in doing. The studio is clean,quaint and inviting.

I have many tattoos done by both Crystal and Kylie and love, love, love them all!! The shop is clean, the staff is very professional! Both artists do amazing work!! Will continue to get tattoos from both Kylie and Crystal!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Crystal is an amazing artist. She takes the time to get to know you and understand what you want for your piece. When you walk in it's so relaxing. She has an amazing personality and really takes care of her clients. I got my ink from her a year ago and I still absolutely love it. She captured what I wanted perfectly. Thank you! I love the work that I had done by Crystal. I took Asian writing, that I wasn't quite sure about the correct spelling, Crystal sent it to a trusted friend of hers to verify the words were correct, then called me back to do my tattoo. She is very professional and took the time to ensure that my tattoo would be correct! I also have a tattoo there waiting for funding that she designed for me that I only had an idea of what I wanted, she brought it to life and it will be beautiful when I get it done. I would recommend her and her work anytime! She' s great!

Crystal is an amazing artist. If you are looking for a speedy in & out, this is not the place. She sits down with each customer to discuss what you want and cares about the meaning behind the tattoo. Crystal did my first tattoo and my second, and although they are smaller tattoos on the tops of my feet, they are beautiful and meaningful. She has an uncanny talent for coverups and revamping old tattoos. Her shop is intimate, clean, and very welcoming. I can't wait to get something big done by this amazing, sweet and talented lady!
