Love this place! Went there today to get a medusa piercing redone. When I told the guy helping me he asked if he could check to see if it actually closed. I haven’t had a jewel in it for two years so I was thinking there is no way. Low and behold though it was still open so I bought a piece for it. Instead of paying for the piercing they just charged me for the piece. I’m so grateful! They could have easily screwed me over but instead helped me out a lot! Thank you guys! I will be back!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday with my friend to get her nose pierced, and the owner Lonn got into my face, called me a dumb b****, all for taking a 5 second Snapchat of her nose getting pierced. He wasn’t even in the video, yet was in my face forcing me to delete it. NEVER in my life have I ever experienced such poor customer service. This was seriously the most unprofessional business I’ve I’ve been too. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went in to get a cover up finished up last year and he was able to do a great job despite it not being his from the start. I love it and i always get compliments about it to this day. I especially loved the way the colors came out and he was able to blend the colors so perfect. I will for sure be returning for my next piece.

My sister suggested I get a daith piercing for my chronic migraines. I was adamantly opposed until I got my next migraine. When I called Hoops, all my questions were answered and I felt less anxious. I took my daughter with me, for emotional support, but Lonn was understanding, funny and made me feel at ease. Everything was clean and sterile and other than the initial, minor pain, it was a good experience. I'm wishing I'd known sooner! Glad I went!

Love this place. I have never had a piecing that my body doesn't reject and they have the perfect jewelry. I recently had to go back because I changed out my nose ring and could not get it back in... after 2 days of try he put it back in at no cost to me! They are amazing

Paid deposit to have tattoo done. tattoo never showed for scheduled time and when i requested money back he said it was non refundable so he basically took my $60 and i got nothing. and i was a repeat customer, says alot about shop values and professionalism. take your business elsewhere. i will from now on.

Friendly, and great customer service!! Lonn is a very knowledgeable piercer, and does a great job in instructing you what to do for piercing care, all around a very chill nice guy, definitely recommend getting pierced from him!

Got my septum pierced by Lon. It barely hurt and he placed it straight with my face. He's a pro with over 20 years of experience, answered all of my questions and charged me a fair price. I will definitely be coming back to him for all my future piercings.

I'm afraid of needles, but I had been wanting a daith piercing for quite some time and was too nervous, my piercer was great, talked me through everything, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything I needed to know afterwards. Definetly recommend!!

While we were in there my little Girl had Her first signs of the flu. She puked EVERYWHERE! Lon, the owner wasn't one bit worried about the mess she made everywhere! Instead, He was just tentative & worried about Her! I started cleaning up the HUGE mess. Told him, "I got it!" He put His gloves on helped me Anyway. Amazing Man and amazing piercing! I highly recommend Him!
