Was disappointed with the lack of transparency from the front desk. After an unexpected circumstance of having to cancel my appointment, they told me it was early enough notice and to come by to pick up my deposit. When I got there, the girl I spoke to on the phone said that she never said that and the deposit was gone. Did not offer any kind of resolution other than to come back at another time and give another deposit. No thanks. Great artists, just wish the business side of the shop was more professional.

Came out here from minnesota to have Em do a large piece for me, turned out beyond amazing like always she's just a great wonder person and absolutely amazing artist. Seen whitney and chentelles work also you cant go wrong coming here they all do great work. Shop is beautifully designed and just had a wonderful time over the two days i was there, loved coming here and cant wait to be back the girls were all so friendly and nice.
