This is debatable but some of the most talented artists in Virginia Beach do work here. I highly recommend potential customers do their own research but make sure to check these guys out. Incredibly talented and professional. I highly recommend red 5.

Love the artists here. There's a reason why I continue to get my tattoos from here and I will wait months to get an appointment. I love Anna! I started getting tattoos from her since 2018. She did a cover-up for me and has done a Huge side piece for me as well. She has started on my back piece and I trust her opinions and creativity. I'm the type of person where I will give an artist free reign over a piece and I just let them do what they are obviously amazing at. I'm a happy returning client and I will continue coming here until I run out of space on my body to put ink on. I'll add photos once my back is done 😁

A great experience from start to end. Receptionist was friendly, and worked well to squeeze me into a busy schedule. Walker was a delight. Personable, wholesome, and very talented at his craft. Very fun to work with. Already booked for another session. Looking forward to working with you again!!

I wanted to give this place one star so I wouldn't have a hard time getting an appointment, but I couldn't do it. Lol. Best tattoo I've ever gotten, great atmosphere and incredibly professional. I've spent a long time trying to find "my shop" and this is it. Won't be going anywhere else

This was a GREAT experience. I came as a walk in and left already planning my trip back. My artist was amazing and I felt comfortable which is important to me. My tattoo ended up coming out better than the inspiration photo. It it SO NEAT and VIBRANT :) THANK YOU !!!

Last year I decided to do a full sleeve tattoo so I’ve done what most people do and go online and start reading google reviews then checking artist Instagram and Facebook pages. I stumbled on Red 5 and started investing the best artist for what I wanted. I landed on Carl, booked and appointment to go over design and after we spoke we scheduled. at that time he was booked out for a year 😳. Fast forward to my appointment one year later… Let me say Wow I’m so happy I waited for Carl!!!! I arrived to the shop at the appointment time Carl was there waiting for me ready to start my sleeve. We went over the sleeve design, I agreed and Carl went to work. I’m so impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and shop cleanness. His art work is second to none, and attention to detail is amazing. I can’t wait for my next session to add more to this sleeve and complete this tattoo. Thanks Carl for the start of a beautiful sleeve!!!! It’s much appreciated!!!!

Carl explained everything to me in great detail, from what he was going to do with tattoo placement, to my requested sleeve, to the aftercare, and was very attentive to what I wanted on my tattoo. I watched TV the entire time and it just felt like I was lounging at home. I was completely at ease and not nervous at all.
I have only completed my first session out of three, but I'm really excited to head back.
