I think his name was Justin. But he can’t do “straight lines” straight really and definitely doesn’t know how to shade. Then I told him I needed him to touch me up and maybe make it slightly bigger to fix the off center numbers and he said it was another consultation. Crazy!

I took my 6-year-old daughter here to get her ears pierced and couldn't be happier with the experience. The shop was cool, very clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional. Jesse did a great job and explained each step of the process to my daughter. He took care to make sure she was comfortable with what was happening. Will definitely come back for any future piercings or tattoos.

They were extremely unprofessional and raised their voices at me. Just wanted to go in for a piercing at the time I told them I’d be there, and they were so extremely rude. Will not be coming here again.

Was going in for a simple cartilage piercing. Not exactly sure what I wanted, and instead of offering choices he said oh well you got time. Any reputable shop would have internally threaded...Jesse said it didn’t matter the kind of jewelry. I walked out right after that.

My husband has a service dog and we went to the shop to get a memorial tattoo and my husbands dog was denied entry which is against ADA laws. We tried to explain to them that there is only 2 places a service dog is denied entry and they didn’t care. Would not recommend this discriminatory place. Will also be filing a claim with the ADA office for them to investigate

I love this place! The employees are wonderful and kind, they are patient even if you’re nervous about a piercing or a tattoo (especially with a chicken like me). Will definitely be returning!
