This is an establishment for a customer looking for technical execution of a tattoo. There isn't flash to peruse or to pick from. You come to Otzi with an idea that will be custom made for you and executed beautifully.

Sean is absolutely incredible. I can't recommend him or his shop enough. I got mine done the first month of Otzi being open, and I couldn't be happier. Still looks incredible, and I get compliments on it all the time. He and his wife are sweet, friendly people. I feel bad it's taken me this long to leave a review.

I went here to get a tattoo during the summer. It was my first tattoo and I had an amazing artist. My tattoo came out just the way I wanted it to.

In the last yr I've gotten a really nice arm piece & touch up from Sean. My son got one last month. He & his wife are "true" artist and your skin is the canvas. Their vision, creativity and color shading are simply the best! No one in this region can come close or "hold a candle" to their professionalism. Love these guys!

Got my first tattoo at Otzi with Brandon. The place was very clean and everyone there was extremely helpful. Brandon took the time to explain the process and gave me plenty of chances to look at his sketch before applying the ink. I was a walk-in and he took me right away. Can't say enough good things about my first experience with any tattoo. Highly recommend Otzi.

The BEST place to get a tattoo! Loved my experience there getting my first tattoo. Staff was polite, kind, and very helpful! Sean Karn was my artist, and he did a FANTASTIC job on my ink; I get complements all the time! I will definitely be back to get another tattoo from them soon. No other place I'd rather go for a tattoo!

Couldn't have asked for a better spot and artist to get my tattoo. This is a custom tattoo shop, you come in with a concept and they materialize it for you in a way only elite artists possibly could. As a matter of fact, all their artists are incredible and have amazing work on display. The shop in itself is like a visit to a museum of oddities, lots of interesting things all over. The cleanliness is on point, the staff is helpful and friendly, and to top it off, they give you free lollipops! πWhat's not to love?

Don't make my mistake. I ignored the bad reviews here, and a bad experience a friend had, and went in to the shop anyway because the artists seem very talented. Unfortunately you don't get to talk to one unless you have a tattoo idea the receptionists approve of. The entire staff is so arrogant and rude. They rejected and shamed me for what I wanted and told me to go somewhere else.
They also delete many of the bad reviews left on their Facebook page regarding this behavior to make themselves seem less horrible. (But not before responding with some bitchy excuse for providing bad customer service.) Pretty immature.
They're very comfortable turning away business so they must not need it. There's plenty of tat shops around here that welcome working with people and won't talk down to you in the process. I'd recommend literally anywhere else.
**Edit** If it wasn't clear, I wasn't just upset about being turned away, I was upset about being shamed and treated poorly. But apparently you're okay with customers being treated that way. That doesn't make me want to return with concepts your artists are "allowed" to do either.
Obviously I looked at your site which is why I sought out these artists. It's condescending to assume we don't research artists prior to contacting them. And your tattooists aren't iconic artists, so you should stop with the comparisons and get over yourself. Your response just proves that people are correct when they say your customer service and your attitude is terrible.
Just be respectful and maybe people wouldn't have so many negative things to say. Not a difficult concept.

Got a tattoo from Brandon. Shop is clean and friendly, the people there are super cool. They put out some grade A stuff. Will be returning for more work. Highly recommend this shop to anyone, tons of different styles here.
